HV3593T-BLK and HV3593T-WHT are the 240 V AC variants: straight to mains, no driver, earthed as Class I fittings, and triac dimmable. HV3593T-BLK-12V and HV3593T-WHT-12V are 12 V DC: each requires a 12 V DC LED driver sized for the total load, and must never be connected directly to 240 V. On a new build with a garden circuit already running low voltage, the 12 V variant keeps everything on one driver; on a retrofit to an existing wall point, the 240 V variant is the simpler job.
