Product Description
xThe Cadiz is a glass and iron table lamp under a pleated fabric shade. The pleating is the detail that does the work: it breaks the light into vertical folds so the shade reads as texture rather than a plain drum.
435 mm tall, and light for its size
It stands 435 mm high on a ø250 mm shade and weighs 1.2 kg. That is deliberately light — easy to move between a console and a bedside — but it also means it is not the lamp for a busy hallway where it will get knocked. For that, something heavier like the Reano suits better.
Double insulated, with an inline switch
It is Class II — double insulated, no earth required, on a 1,800 mm cable. It plugs into a normal outlet and needs no electrician. The switch is on the cord, so it does not need a switched socket either.
Antique gold or chrome
Antique gold is the warmer option and sits well with timber and brass hardware. Chrome is cooler and disappears against white and grey. Both carry the same shade, so the base sets the tone.
Where it works
- Bedsides in pairs, where matching lamps either side is the usual arrangement.
- Console and hall tables, as much a decorative object as a light.
- Living room side tables, as a warm secondary light beside a sofa.
- Dressing tables and desks, where 435 mm clears the surface without dominating.
Specifying it
One E27 globe up to 25 W, not supplied. Shade ø250 mm and 170 mm high, base ø120 mm, overall height 435 mm, weight 1.2 kg. Materials are iron, glass and fabric. It is IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Dimming is globe dependent. Warranty is three years.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You. A warm globe suits the pleated shade; a cool white one flattens the texture the pleating creates.

No. It is double insulated with a plug and an inline switch on an 1,800 mm cable.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
