Product Description
xThe Denise is a tripod floor lamp — 1,600 mm tall on a 450 mm three-legged base, with a fabric shade. It comes in five colourways, which is unusually wide for a floor lamp.
A tripod stands where a single stem cannot
Three legs spread the load and resist knocks, so a tripod works on carpet, on an uneven floor, and in a room where people move past it. It also takes up more floor than a slim-stem lamp — the 450 mm spread is the trade.
Five colourways, three of them coloured shades
Antique gold with ivory and chrome with white are the neutrals. Chrome with red, white with wheat and black with black are the more deliberate choices. A coloured fabric shade tints the light passing through it, so red in particular will warm the wall behind it — intentional, but worth knowing.
75 W of capacity
It takes a single E27 globe up to 75 W — the highest ceiling of any lamp in this range — and no globe is supplied. Fabric absorbs a lot of light, so that headroom is real, though an LED lamp will get there on a fraction of the wattage.

- Beside a sofa or armchair as ambient light.
- Living room corners a ceiling fitting misses.
- Rooms with carpet or uneven floors, where a tripod is more stable.
- Rentals, since it plugs straight in.

Height 1,600 mm, base spread 450 mm, in metal and fabric. One E27 globe up to 75 W, not supplied. IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Dimming is globe dependent. Warranty is one year, shorter than the three years most of the range carries.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
