The Sisby is an LED table lamp on a marble base — brass matt on white marble, or antique brass on black marble — 420 mm tall, with an integrated 12 W LED giving 490 lm at 3000 K and touch dimming.
✅ It is TOUCH dimming, and our page never said so. The old copy said “dimmable via switch”, which suggests a wall dimmer or a switch on the cord. It is neither: you touch the lamp to change the level.
That is the better answer, and it is the reason to choose a Sisby over a lamp that needs a dimmable globe and a dimming circuit. No dimmer to buy, no compatibility to check, and you adjust it where you are sitting.
⚠ We found this recorded in the cable-length field of the datasheet, as “Touch Dimming +180”. It appears nowhere else in any source.
The Sisby is Class III — low voltage, under 54 V, which means it runs through an external driver between the plug and the lamp. Nothing on our page mentioned it, and it is worth knowing for two reasons:
✅ The integrated LED is included, so there is no globe to buy and nothing to match — and the colour temperature can never drift when someone replaces a globe with the wrong one.
Marble is what makes this lamp feel more expensive than it is, and the two versions are genuinely different in character:
⚠ Marble is porous. Wipe spills off promptly — wine, coffee and oil will mark it — and use a soft dry cloth rather than a household spray, which can etch a polished surface.
420 mm high, 1.7 kg, with a 1,800 mm lead beyond the driver. IP20 — indoor and dry only, CRI above 80, in iron and marble. ⚠ The shade diameter is not recorded — ask us if the surface is tight. A matching Sisby floor lamp is available.

No. It plugs into an ordinary socket. It is a Class III low-voltage lamp, so there is an external driver between the plug and the lamp — which also means the lead running to the lamp is safer than a mains flex if it is ever nicked or pinched.
Yes — the driver. It is worth planning where it sits, behind a table leg or clipped underneath, if the lamp is going on a bedside table or an open shelf.
No. 490 lumens at 3000 K is a soft warm output — an accent and atmosphere lamp for a sideboard, entry table or bedside table, and something to turn right down late in the evening. It is not a task light.
No. The LED is integrated and included, so there is nothing to buy and nothing to match — and the colour temperature can never drift because somebody replaced a globe with the wrong one.
Brass matt on white marble is lighter and quieter in a pale room, with subtle grey veining that reads as texture. Antique brass on black marble is heavier and more dramatic, and the aged brass against dark stone is the more traditional of the two.
