Product Description
xThe Dana is a 530 mm table lamp on a real marble and iron base, under a fabric shade — antique gold with white marble, or nickel with grey.
The marble is real, and it is the reason to buy it
Not a printed finish and not a composite — marble, in the base. That is what the 4.1 kg is: a table lamp with genuine mass, which does not skid across a console when the cord is pulled and does not feel like the hollow thing it is competing with at this price.
The two colourways are not the same lamp
- Antique gold with white marble — the warm, traditional version. Reads as a heritage piece.
- Nickel with grey marble — cool and contemporary. Reads as architectural.
Same silhouette, genuinely different rooms. (An earlier version of this page called the second one chrome; it is nickel — softer, warmer and less mirror-like.)
Fabric over stone
The shade diffuses through its sides and throws light up and down, so the lamp glows as well as pools. Over a marble base that contrast — soft above, hard and cool below — is the whole composition.
Plug in and use it
Class II, double insulated, no earth required, with a 1,800 mm lead and plug. No electrician, no installation.
One E27 globe to 25 W, not supplied
Colour temperature is your choice. Behind fabric a plain warm globe is all you need — a decorative filament would not be seen. Dimming is globe dependent: fit a dimmable globe and use a plug-in or inline dimmer.

Questions
Is the marble real?
Yes — marble in the base, not a printed finish or a composite. That is what the 4.1 kg is, and it is why the lamp does not skid across a console when the cord is pulled.
Is the second colourway chrome or nickel?
Nickel — softer, warmer and less mirror-like than chrome. An earlier version of this page called it chrome.
Which colourway should I choose?
Antique gold with white marble is the warm traditional one; nickel with grey marble is cool and architectural. Same silhouette, genuinely different rooms.
Do I need an electrician?
No. It is double insulated with an 1,800 mm lead and plug — plug it in and use it.
Can I dim it?
Fit a dimmable globe and use a plug-in or inline dimmer. The lamp itself imposes no limit.
Which globe should I fit?
A plain warm E27 up to 25 W. Behind fabric a decorative filament would not be seen.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
