Domus LF-C35 LED Filament Candle Globe

The Domus LF-C35 is a 4.8 W LED filament candle globe — Ø35 mm × 95 mm, in clear or frosted glass, with E14 or B15 small bases, in 2700 K or 6500 K, giving 470–500 lumens. Dimmable.

✅ Why a candle globe is a different job from a household one

• The shape is the point. A tapered candle globe in a chandelier or a sconce reads correctly; a squat A60 in the same fitting looks wrong, and a large sphere will not fit at all.
• Ø35 mm and 95 mm long — slim enough to sit inside small shades and glass sleeves, which is where most candle lamps live.
• ✅ 470 lumens is genuinely useful. In a six-arm chandelier that is 2,800 lm — enough to light a dining room properly, which many decorative candle lamps are not.

Clear or frosted — and here it is a practical choice

• Clear — the filaments are visible, which is right on an open chandelier arm where the lamp is meant to be seen. ⚠ At eye level in a sconce, a bare filament is bright to look at.
• Frosted — even light, no hot spots, and no filament shadows through a shade. ✅ The better choice inside a small shade or a glass sleeve, and in any fitting at eye level. Same output either way.

2700 K or 6500 K

• 2700 K warm white, 470 lm — what almost everyone wants, and the colour that makes a filament look right in a decorative fitting.
• ⚠ 6500 K, 500 lm — a cold daylight white, which in a chandelier or a sconce will look wrong. It has uses in a workshop or a laundry, but a candle globe rarely lives there.

⚠ Use the same colour across a whole fitting. One mismatched globe in a six-arm chandelier is immediately visible.

⚠ 15,000 hours, and it matters more in a chandelier

All the filament globes here share a 15,000-hour life — normal for the type, since the filaments sit in a glass envelope with nowhere for heat to escape.

⚠ In a multi-lamp fitting that is worth planning for. Six globes fail at roughly similar times, and a chandelier with one dead arm looks worse than a single dead lamp anywhere else. ✅ Buy a spare or two with the set, and expect to replace them as a group rather than one at a time.

Dimming

Fully dimmable with a suitable dimmer. ✅ In a multi-lamp fitting the combined load of six or eight globes usually dims smoothly; a single 4.8 W globe on its own may sit below some dimmers' minimum. ⚠ Tell us the dimmer and the number of lamps and we will confirm the pairing.

Where it works

• Chandeliers and multi-arm fittings — six give about 2,800 lm.
• Wall sconces, bedside lamps and small shades — frosted, at eye level.
• Any fitting with an E14 or B15 holder.
• ⚠ Check the base — E14 and B15 are the small ones.
• ⚠ Choose 2700 K; 6500 K looks wrong in a decorative fitting.
