The black aluminium Tivah Mini adjustable is the version to specify when you want the head to disappear against a dark wall or a shadow line rather than catch the eye as a metal object. It is a ø40 mm head on a 130 mm body, aimable, and mountable on a wall or a ceiling. Aluminium with a powder-coated black finish is lighter and less expensive than the 316 stainless version, which makes it the sensible choice on inland and suburban sites where salt exposure is not the governing factor. It is 12 V: HV1227MR11NW requires a 12 V DC LED driver and must never be connected directly to 240 V power.

Do not connect the fitting directly to 240 V power. It is Class 3 low voltage and needs no earth. The LED is built in, so no globe is needed and none can be fitted. The diffuser is clear glass, the fitting is rated IP65 for direct rain and IK10 for impact, and rated life is under 30,000 hours. It is dimmable, which on a 12 V circuit depends on a dimmable driver.
