This is the Maxi Tivah with a head you can aim: the same 316 stainless body and built-in 12 W LED as the fixed-down version, mounted so it tilts through 90° and swivels through 270°. On a large fitting that adjustment earns its keep, because 1,200 lm aimed two degrees wrong is a glare source rather than a feature.
A fixed-down fitting decides the lighting at the design stage. An adjustable one lets it be decided on site, at night, with the wall actually lit — which is when anyone can genuinely tell whether the pool of light lands where people walk. Aim it down a driveway, across a garage door, or up a rendered wall to graze the texture. Set it once and the grub screws hold it.
316 stainless adds molybdenum to resist chloride attack, which is why it is specified where salt air would strip a powder-coated body. It is not maintenance-free: airborne salt leaves deposits that appear as brown speckling, called tea staining. It is cosmetic, it comes off with fresh water, and Havit excludes it from the warranty — so it belongs on a cleaning schedule rather than in a complaint.
There is no globe and no socket. A built-in 12 W LED gives 1,080 lm at 3000K, 1,140 lm at 4000K and 1,200 lm at 5500K in a 60° beam, with the colour temperature switch-selected during installation so one part number covers warm through cool. CRI is above 80, so brick and timber keep their colour under it. Nothing needs to be bought alongside it and nothing can be fitted incorrectly — the trade being that the LED is not a serviceable part.
3-year replacement warranty. Lights For You keeps the fixed-down Maxi Tivah in the same 316 stainless, so a run mixing aimed and fixed heads still reads as one family along an elevation.
90° of tilt and 270° of swivel, held by grub screws once set.
No. The LED is built in at 12 W — nothing to buy with it, nothing to replace, and nothing that can be fitted wrongly.
1,080 lm at 3000K, 1,140 lm at 4000K and 1,200 lm at 5500K, in a 60° beam.
Salt. 316 resists chloride attack and is rated for coastal sites; Havit excludes powder-coated aluminium fittings from anywhere within 5 km of salt water.
Yes, a fresh-water wash on a routine. Airborne salt causes tea staining, which is cosmetic but is excluded from the warranty.
No. 3000K, 4000K and 5500K are all in the fitting, selected on a switch during installation.
Yes. IP65 covers dust and low-pressure water jets from any direction, so no eave is needed.
