A suggestion, not a specification. A calculator can get it wrong — have a licensed electrician confirm the driver, the total load and the wiring before you order.
A black aluminium bollard drawing 12W, rated IP65 against dust and jetted water. This listing carries both a 240V mains version and a 12V low-voltage version, so the same fitting can be specified whichever way the garden is wired.
A bollard is the fitting for a path, a driveway edge or a garden bed boundary — it puts light on the ground at walking level without the source being at eye height. At 12W the Highlite is a proper path light rather than a marker: a run of them lights a route to walk by, not merely to follow.
The Highlite is tri-colour, with 3000K, 4000K or 5500K selected on the fitting at installation rather than fixed at manufacture. Colour rendering is above 80 CRI, and the fitting is not dimmable.
Where several are installed along a path, set them all at the same time and to the same value. On a run of bollards a single fitting on a different colour setting is obvious from the far end of the garden, and correcting it afterwards means getting back into a fitting that has been fixed down and backfilled.
HV1622T-BLK-240V runs directly on 240V AC mains and needs no driver. HV1622T-BLK-12V runs on 12V DC and does require a 12V driver on the circuit, which is not supplied with the fitting.
Which one is right is usually decided by what is already in the ground rather than by preference. A new path lit from a mains point suits the 240V version; an existing low-voltage garden system suits the 12V — and in that case check the capacity remaining on the installed driver before adding a 12W fitting to it. Either version is work for a licensed electrician.
Fix the bollard to a solid base — a concrete footing or a paver — rather than pushing it into soft soil. A bollard that settles out of plumb after a wet season is the most common complaint about garden bollards, and it is entirely a question of what it was fixed to.
The LED is built in, so there is no globe to buy with the fitting and none to replace later.
The 12V version. The 240V version wires directly to mains.

To a concrete footing or a solid paver, not pushed into soft ground.
