The Madras WB90 is an 899 mm slim wall light with a 320° rotatable light source in black or white — 18 W giving 935 lm at 3000 K, CRI above 80.
The LED turns through nearly a full circle inside the fitting, so one wall light can be aimed up the wall, down it, or out into the room, and re-aimed later without coming off the wall. On a 900 mm vertical that is genuinely useful: the same fitting can graze a textured wall or throw light across a landing, and you can change your mind.
The middle size is the value in this range. The three Madras sizes give:
Going from the smallest to this one is 50% more power for two and a half times the light. That is not how a size range normally behaves, and no source explains it — but it means the 612 mm is poor value in output terms, and the 899 mm is the first size that does real work.
At this output the Madras stops being an accent. 935 lm will light a hallway, a stair landing or a bedroom wall properly, and aimed at one surface it reads brighter still. That, and not the extra 287 mm, is the reason to step up from the smallest size.
899 mm high, 61 mm wide, projecting 66 mm, at 1.4 kg — a fifteen-to-one line, and light enough for a plasterboard fixing. Note it is 899 mm, not 900: if you are setting it between fixed points, work from 899.
It is Class I — earth required and hard-wired, and not dimmable at a fixed 3000 K. An on-or-off fitting, which is worth knowing beside a bed.
The silicon, missing from our record, seals around the rotating element; polycarbonate diffuses. Sand finish in black or white — matte, so a 900 mm face does not catch every other light in the room.

This one, if output matters. The three give 32, 52 and 60 lm/W — going from the smallest to this is 50% more power for two and a half times the light. The 612 mm is poor value in output terms; the 899 mm is the first size that does real work.

Yes — at this output the Madras stops being an accent, and aimed at one surface it reads brighter still.
No — 899 mm. If you are setting it between fixed points, work from 899.
No, and it is fixed at 3000 K — an on-or-off fitting, which is worth knowing beside a bed.
Yes — 1.4 kg.
Both sand-finished rather than gloss, which matters on a 900 mm face. Black draws the line; white disappears into a pale wall.
