The Lenox WB is a 650 mm wall light with two independently switched light sources in black or white — 10 W total giving 510 lm at 3000 K, CRI above 80.
Two lights in one fitting, on two separate switches. This is what our page was cut off before explaining, and it is the entire point of the Lenox:
Each is on its own switch on the canopy. So you can have the spot alone to read by, the backlight alone as an ambient glow, or both together. Neither appears anywhere in our product record.
Almost every wall light in this catalogue does one thing. A reading light aims; an ambient fitting glows; you buy whichever you need and live with it. The Lenox is both, switchable — which beside a bed means the spot for reading and the backlight for getting up at night, from one fitting on one wall plate. That is a genuinely different proposition from a dimmable single source, because the two lights point in different directions.
650 mm high and only 30 mm across the linear element, projecting just 40 mm from a 160 mm backplate, at 1 kg. That 40 mm projection is the smallest in this batch — it sits almost flat against the wall, which is what makes it usable directly above a bed where a fitting standing 150 mm proud would not be.
10 W total. Split between an aimed spot and a diffuse backlight, that is enough to read by from the spot and enough for the backlight to be a presence rather than a glow you have to look for. As a room light it is nothing, which is correct.
It is Class I — earth required and hard-wired, and not dimmable at a fixed 3000 K. The two switches give you three light levels in effect — spot, backlight, or both — which is part of why the absence of dimming matters less here than on a single-source fitting.
On a 30 mm element the finish is nearly all of the visible fitting. White disappears into a pale wall so only the light reads; black draws the line and makes the fitting an object. In aluminium and iron.
650 mm high, linear element 30 mm, projection 40 mm, backplate 160 mm, 1 kg, in aluminium and iron. Two integrated LED sources — an adjustable spotlight and a rear backlight — independently switched on the canopy, 10 W total giving 510 lm at 3000 K, included, CRI >80, not dimmable. 240 V, Class I — earth required, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Warranty is three years, as a replacement warranty.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
An adjustable spotlight, aimed and focused for reading or lighting something specific, and a soft backlight emitted from behind the slim linear element that washes the wall. Each is on its own switch on the canopy, so you can have either alone or both together.
Because almost every wall light here does one thing — a reading light aims, an ambient fitting glows, and you live with your choice. The Lenox is both, and the two lights point in different directions, which a dimmable single source cannot replicate.
Yes, and that is one of its strengths — it projects only 40 mm, the smallest of any wall light in this group. A fitting standing 150 mm proud would not work in that position.
From the spot, yes. 510 lm split between an aimed spot and a diffuse backlight gives you enough to read by from one and a real presence from the other. As a room light it is nothing, which is correct.
No, but the two switches give you three levels in effect — spot, backlight, or both — so the absence matters less here than on a single-source fitting.
On a 30 mm element the finish is nearly all of the visible fitting. White disappears into a pale wall so only the light reads; black draws the line and makes it an object.
Yes — Class I, earth required, hard-wired.
