Product Description
xThe Fiora is a travertine-look wall light in acrylic and iron — 3 W giving 278 lm at 3000 K, in a full 360°, weighing 1.5 kg.
The look of stone, without the stone
Be clear on what this is: the Fiora has a travertine-look acrylic finish, not real limestone. Its sibling the Firan is genuine travertine. They read similarly on a wall, and the choice between them is a real one — not just price.
Brighter, on less power
This is the practical difference. The Fiora draws 3 W and gives 278 lm; the stone Firan draws 5 W and gives 120 lm. Acrylic transmits light where stone blocks it, so the look-alike is more than twice as bright on less power. If the fitting has to actually light something, this is the one.
360°, which stone cannot do
Because light passes through the body rather than escaping only at the edges, the Fiora glows in every direction. On a wall that gives an even halo rather than a rim of light around a solid block.
Lighter to fix
1.5 kg against the Firan's 2 kg. Easier on a plasterboard fixing, though it is still Class I — hard-wired, earth required.
Integrated LED
Included and non-replaceable, fixed at 3000 K with CRI >80. Not dimmable. IP20 — indoor only.

Questions
Is it real travertine?
No. The Fiora has a travertine-look acrylic finish. The Firan is the genuine stone version.
Which should I choose, Fiora or Firan?
Fiora if the light has a job to do — it is more than twice as bright (278 lm against 120 lm) on less power. Firan if you want real stone.
Why is the acrylic one brighter?
Light passes through acrylic where stone blocks it. That also lets the Fiora glow 360° rather than only at the edges.
Is it bright enough for a hallway?
In a run, yes — 278 lm each is a usable amount at wall height.
Is there a globe to replace?
No. The LED is integrated and included, fixed at 3000 K.
Can I install it myself?
No. It is Class I, hard-wired and requires an earth.
What is the warranty?
Three years.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
