The Elanza is a close-to-ceiling fitting in two sizes — ø400 mm and ø600 mm — built from hand screen-printed glass leaves, amber beading and clear optic crystal over a stainless steel plate.

We are not publishing the globe count. Neither our supplier sheet nor our product record states how many G9 globes this fitting takes, and on a 140–280 W fitting that is the one number you need before you order. Ask us and we will confirm it — we would rather check than have you buy the wrong quantity.

The steel plate is doing real work

The stainless steel ceiling plate sits behind the glass and reflects the light back down through it. That is why the fitting reads as bright and animated rather than as a dim cluster of crystal — the plate roughly doubles what you see.

Hand screen-printed, so no two are identical

The glass leaves are printed by hand and beaded with amber jubes before the clear optic shapes are draped over them. That combination — warm amber against cool clear crystal — is what separates this from a plain crystal fitting, and it means small variations between pieces are inherent.

Close to ceiling, so it suits ordinary heights

Like the Savina, this hugs the ceiling rather than hanging from it. A ø600 mm crystal fitting is a chandelier's presence at a standard 2.4 m ceiling height, which a chandelier could not manage.

G9 globes, not supplied

G9 capsules, which are small bi-pin globes — not interchangeable with anything else. Buy them all from one batch: behind clear crystal, a mismatched globe shows immediately.

Where it works
  • Entry halls and stairwell landings.
  • Formal dining rooms with standard ceilings.
  • Large bedrooms, as the single statement fitting.
  • Where a chandelier is wanted but there is no height for one.
Specifying it

ø400 mm (140 W total) or ø600 mm (280 W total), in glass, stainless steel and beading. G9 globes, not supplied — quantity to be confirmed. 240 V, Class I — earth required, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Warranty is three years.

Supplied and supported by Lights For You. It is a heavy fitting — have your electrician confirm the ceiling fixing, particularly into plasterboard without a batten.

Questions
How many globes does it take?

We are not publishing that figure — neither of our sources states it, and on a 140–280 W fitting it is the number you must have right. Ask us and we will confirm with the supplier before you order.

What globe type is it?

G9 — a small bi-pin capsule, not interchangeable with any other base. Globes are not supplied.

What is the difference between the two sizes?

ø400 mm draws 140 W total, ø600 mm draws 280 W — roughly double the fitting and double the light.

Will it suit a standard ceiling?

Yes. It is close-to-ceiling, so it gives a chandelier's presence at 2.4 m where a hanging chandelier could not.

Why does it look brighter than the globe count suggests?

The stainless steel ceiling plate reflects light back down through the glass, so you see roughly twice what the globes alone would give.

Will every fitting look the same?

Very close, not identical. The glass leaves are hand screen-printed and beaded, so small variations are inherent.

What is the warranty?

Three years.
