Product Description
xThe Figaro is a 1,500 mm two-light floor lamp on a marble base, with offset mouth-blown opal matt glass shades, in antique gold or black.
Marble is why it weighs 4.2 kg
A ø240 mm marble base is what lets the two shades sit offset from the stem without the lamp feeling precarious. It is also genuinely heavy — this is not a lamp you reposition casually, and it is stable enough to stand beside a sofa in a busy room.
Mouth-blown glass is not uniform
The ø150 mm opal matt shades are mouth-blown, so slight variation between the two is inherent to how they are made rather than a fault. Opal matt diffuses evenly, which is what stops a bare E27 globe from glaring at seated eye height.
Globes are yours to choose — and they decide the dimming
Two E27 globes, 50 W total, not supplied. Because the lamp has no driver of its own, whether it dims depends entirely on the globes you fit: dimmable LED globes on a compatible dimmer will dim, standard ones will not. Buy both globes together so the pair matches.

- Beside a sofa or armchair, as the room's second light source.
- Reading corners, where the offset shades put light where you sit.
- Rooms with existing brass or black metal fittings.
- Spaces that need a floor lamp heavy enough not to be knocked over.

Is it dimmable?
That depends on the globes you fit. The lamp has no driver of its own — dimmable LED globes on a compatible dimmer will dim, standard ones will not.
Are globes included?
No. Two E27 globes, 50 W total. Buy both together so the pair matches.
How bright is it?
That is set by the globes you choose, not by the lamp. An earlier version of this page quoted a lumen figure that neither of our sources supports.
How heavy is it?
4.2 kg, most of it the ø240 mm marble base — stable enough to stand beside a sofa in a busy room.
Will the two glass shades match exactly?
Not perfectly. They are mouth-blown, so slight variation is inherent to how they are made.
Does it need an electrician?
No. It is double insulated and plugs into a normal socket, on a 2 m cable.
What is the warranty?
Three years.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
