A suggestion, not a specification. A calculator can get it wrong — have a licensed electrician confirm the driver, the total load and the wiring before you order.
The Domus SHADOW 2LT W/B is an up-and-down exterior wall light — 12 V MR16, IP65, fixed beams, 2 × 35 W maximum, in seven finishes.
⭐ “Lamp (Included): KEY-GU10-TRIO (240V) KEY-MR16-TRIO (12V)” — ⭐ correct and complete. ⭐ All three two-light sheets in this family name both lamps and map each to its voltage; none of the three one-light sheets does. ⭐ That clean split is what identifies the one-light documents as a stale revision rather than a wrong one. ⭐ For this product it means the sheet reads as published: 12 V, so MR16, and the lamps are included.
⭐ The two beams create an hourglass of light on the wall — a bright triangle above and below with a narrow waist at the fitting. ⭐ THAT SHAPE IS THE EFFECT, so the wall material matters more than with most fittings. ⭐ On render or smooth masonry it reads as a clean graphic; on textured brick or stone it grazes the surface and picks up every irregularity, which can be beautiful or busy depending on the wall. ⭐ If the wall is uneven and you do not want that emphasised, mount the fitting further from the surface or choose a downward-only version.
⭐ The practical case is the same as for the adjustable two-light: one hole, one cable, one seal for two beams. ⭐ On masonry or rendered facades every penetration is a cost and a potential water path, so halving them matters. ⭐ 2 × 35 W is the holder ceiling; the included tricolour MR16 lamps draw far less, typically 5 to 7 W each — ⭐ size the 12 V driver on the real load with 20 to 30% headroom, not on the maximum.
⭐ 316 stainless steel and copper are solid; titanium silver is anodised; black and white are powder-coated aluminium. ⭐ A powder coat is a film that corrodes from any chip; solid finishes have no film to fail. ⭐ Within a few kilometres of surf, 316 is the sensible default. ⚠ Copper patinas to brown and then green — a feature if intended and a complaint if not.

Up-and-down exterior wall light, IP65. 12 V DC, MR16 lamp base, 2 × 35 W maximum holder rating. Two tricolour lamps included. Fixed beams. Seven finishes. 12 V DC driver required. 3-year warranty. ⭐ ITS SHEET NAMES BOTH LAMPS CORRECTLY, like every other two-light document in this family — all three do, and none of the three one-light sheets does, which is the clean split identifying the one-light documents as a stale revision. ⭐ FIXED RATHER THAN ADJUSTABLE IS A DELIBERATE CHOICE: an adjustable head is a moving joint exposed to weather, and on a facade nobody will ever re-aim, it carries risk without benefit. Fixed up/down fittings are the ones still working in year fifteen. ⭐ THE HOURGLASS OF LIGHT IS THE EFFECT, so the wall material matters more than usual.

Yes — "Lamp (Included): KEY-GU10-TRIO (240V) KEY-MR16-TRIO (12V)", naming both and mapping each to its voltage. All three two-light sheets in this family do that and none of the three one-light sheets does, which is the clean split identifying the one-light documents as a stale revision rather than a wrong one.
Fewer joints, and a beam that cannot be knocked out of alignment. An adjustable head is a moving joint exposed to weather, and on a facade where nobody will ever re-aim the fitting it is a mechanism carrying risk without carrying benefit. Fixed up/down fittings are the ones still doing their job in year fifteen.
What you get is what you get. The wall wash is determined by the fitting's position and nothing else, so the mounting height decides the result — there is no correcting it afterwards.
Around 1.8 to 2.2 metres. Lower and the downward pool is small and the upward beam short; higher and the light is above the eye and the wall wash loses its top edge. Mount them at a consistent height along a facade — unevenly spaced or unevenly high up/down lights are conspicuous at night in a way they never are on a drawing.
An hourglass — a bright triangle above and below the fitting with a narrow waist at it. That shape is the effect, so the wall material matters more than with most fittings. On render or smooth masonry it reads as a clean graphic; on textured brick or stone it grazes the surface and picks up every irregularity, which can be beautiful or busy depending on the wall.
Mount the fitting further from the surface, or choose a downward-only version. Grazing light is unforgiving — it will show every mortar line and every patch, which is exactly what some facades want and some very much do not.
2 × 35W is the holder ceiling, but the included tricolour MR16 lamps draw far less — typically 5 to 7W each. Size the 12V driver on the real load with 20 to 30% headroom rather than on the maximum. A driver sized for 70W when the load is 14W works, but it is money and space spent for nothing.
