DOMUS TURIN WALL BRACKET UP S-ARM B22

The Domus TURIN wall bracket is an exterior lantern on an upward S-arm — 520 mm high, 310 mm out, die-cast aluminium with a moulded acrylic lens, taking one B22 bayonet lamp, in beige, black, burgundy, green or white. Made in Italy, assembled and powder coated in Australia.

Domus builds this fitting to order and asks for up to 10 business days for production before it ships. It is not picked off a shelf.

• ⭐ That is the trade-off for the finish choice. The body is powder-coated in the colour you pick after you order, which is why the range offers five rather than one stocked colour.
• ⚠ Plan the lead time into the job. If it is needed for a handover, a settlement or a booked electrician, tell us the date when you order and we will confirm the production window with Domus.
• ⚠ Order the whole set together. On a property using several of these, a second order placed later starts its own ten days — and a later powder-coat batch is not guaranteed to match the first.

⚠ IP43 — where this can and cannot go

Spraying water down to 60° from vertical — lower than the IP44 or IP65 most exterior fittings carry.

• ✅ Suitable under an eave, in a porch, on a verandah, or on a wall sheltered from prevailing weather.
• ⚠ Marginal on an open wall in driving rain, where water arrives closer to horizontal.
• ⛔ Not for hosing, coastal spray or sprinkler overspray.

If the wall is exposed, ask us for an IP44 or IP65 alternative — the CLARO at IP65 is one.

✅ One lantern, many configurations — the reason to choose this range

The TURIN head is modular. The same lantern is offered as:

• A wall bracket — this product, on an upward S-arm.
• A pillar mount and a post top.
• A pendant.
• A single head on posts of 1.32 m, 1.96 m or 2.37 m; twin heads on 1.49 m, 2.11 m or 2.47 m; and a triple head on 2.47 m.

✅ That is what lets an exterior scheme read as designed. Brackets either side of the door, a post top on the gate pier, twin heads down the drive — all the same lantern. Tell us the configuration and we will quote it.

The upward S-arm — and what it does to the light

• The arm carries the lantern up and away from the wall, so the light source sits clear of the brickwork and throws outward as well as down.
• ✅ That makes it a lantern rather than a wall wash — you get a pool at the base of the wall and light across a path, not a graze up the surface.
• At 310 mm of projection it is a substantial reach. ⚠ Check it against a narrow path, a car door or a gate swing.
• Mount at around 2 m so the lantern sits above head height.

Choosing the lamp — not supplied

• One B22. Behind a moulded acrylic lens the lamp is diffused, so shape does not matter.
• Warm 2700–3000 K.
• Around 800–1,000 lm suits a lantern at this size.
• ⚠ Rated for enclosed fixtures and outdoor use.

• Traditional and heritage houses — particularly burgundy, beige or green.
• As part of a matched TURIN scheme with post tops and pillar mounts.
