The Domus TURIN wall bracket is an exterior lantern on an upward S-arm — 520 mm high, 310 mm out, die-cast aluminium with a moulded acrylic lens, taking one B22 bayonet lamp, in beige, black, burgundy, green or white. Made in Italy, assembled and powder coated in Australia.
Domus builds this fitting to order and asks for up to 10 business days for production before it ships. It is not picked off a shelf.
⚠ It takes a B22 bayonet lamp, not an E27 screw. That is unusual here — almost every other exterior fitting in this catalogue is E27 — and it is exactly the detail people discover when the globe they bought will not go in.
B22 is the push-and-twist bayonet base still common across older Australian homes. E27 is the Edison screw. They are not interchangeable. Check the lamp you have, or ask us and we will supply the right one.
Spraying water down to 60° from vertical — lower than the IP44 or IP65 most exterior fittings carry.
If the wall is exposed, ask us for an IP44 or IP65 alternative — the CLARO at IP65 is one.
The TURIN head is modular. The same lantern is offered as:
✅ That is what lets an exterior scheme read as designed. Brackets either side of the door, a post top on the gate pier, twin heads down the drive — all the same lantern. Tell us the configuration and we will quote it.
Die-cast aluminium with a moulded acrylic lens, made in Italy, assembled and powder coated in Australia — a locally applied coating is easier to match if a section is ever replaced. 220–240 V, hard-wired, licensed electrician. ⚠ Warranty 1 year.
520 mm high, 310 mm projection, upward S-arm, die-cast aluminium with a moulded acrylic lens, in beige, black, burgundy, green or white. Made in Italy; assembled and powder coated in Australia. One B22 bayonet lamp, NOT supplied — ⚠ B22, not E27; warm 2700–3000 K, 800–1,000 lm, enclosed-outdoor rated. 220–240 V AC, IP43 — spraying water to 60° from vertical only; sheltered positions. The same lantern is available as a pillar mount, post top, pendant and single, twin or triple head on posts. Warranty 1 year.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
One B22 bayonet — the push-and-twist base, not the E27 Edison screw. That is unusual here, since almost every other exterior fitting in this catalogue is E27, and it is exactly the detail people discover when the globe they bought will not go in. Check the lamp you have, or ask us and we will supply the right one.
It is marginal. IP43 covers spraying water down to 60° from vertical, which is lower than the IP44 or IP65 most exterior fittings carry, and driving rain arrives closer to horizontal. It suits porches, verandahs, eaves and sheltered walls. If the wall is open to weather, ask us for an IP44 or IP65 alternative such as the CLARO.
Yes — that is the reason to choose this range. The TURIN head is also a pillar mount, a post top, a pendant, and a single, twin or triple head on posts from 1.32 to 2.47 metres. Brackets either side of the door, a post top on the gate pier and twin heads down the drive, all the same lantern, is what makes an exterior scheme read as designed.
310 mm, on a 520 mm-high fitting. That is a substantial reach — check it against a narrow path, a car door or a gate swing before you fix a position. Mount it around 2 metres so the lantern sits above head height.
It carries the lantern up and away from the wall, so the source sits clear of the brickwork and throws outward as well as down. That makes it a lantern rather than a wall wash — a pool at the base of the wall and light across the path, not a graze up the surface.
One B22, warm 2700–3000 K, around 800 to 1,000 lumens, rated for enclosed fixtures and outdoor use. Behind the moulded acrylic lens the lamp is diffused, so its shape does not matter.
The die-cast aluminium and moulded acrylic components are made in Italy, and it is assembled and powder coated in Australia. The local coating is easier to match if a section is ever replaced.
