The Domus PARIS 2LT is a two-lantern post light — 1380 mm high, 610 mm wide, die-cast aluminium and moulded acrylic, IP43, 2 × B22, in five colours.
⭐ At 1.38 m the lanterns sit below the eye level of a standing adult, ⭐ so you look AT them rather than under them. ⭐ Two consequences. ⭐ First, the lamp is visible — ⭐ so choose a frosted or opal LED globe rather than a clear one, because a visible filament at chest height is uncomfortable. ⭐ Second, the light lands close to the fitting — ⭐ which is right for marking a bed edge or a path line, and wrong for lighting an approach.
⭐ An 80 mm difference — the largest gap in the Paris range, and this is a short post, so it is proportionally the biggest. ⭐ Set out from 1380 mm. ⚠ Against a low wall or a fence rail, 80 mm at this height is visible.
⭐ 2 × B22 bayonet. ⭐ At 1.38 m these are the easiest lamps to change in the whole Paris range — ⭐ reachable standing. ⛔ No maximum wattage published.

Two-lantern exterior post light. 1380 mm high × 610 mm wide. Die-cast aluminium with moulded acrylic lens. IP43. 240 V AC. 2 × B22 lamps required, not included. Made in Italy, assembled and powder coated in Australia. Five colours. 12-month replacement warranty. Made to order, allow up to 10 business days. ⭐ THE WIDEST HEAD ON THE SHORTEST TWO-LIGHT — 610mm across a 1380mm post, so the head spans nearly HALF the height, where on the 2370mm version it is barely a quarter. ⭐ Wide and low reads as substantial and grounded, which suits a formal bed edge or a low wall. ⚠ BESIDE A PATH UNDER 1.2m IT IS IN THE WAY — take the 1-light at 175mm. ⭐ And at chest height the lamp is visible: take frosted or opal globes, not clear.

It depends entirely on where it goes. All three Paris two-light posts carry the same 610mm head, and this is the shortest of them — so the head spans nearly half the height, where on the 2370mm version it is barely a quarter. That is not a fault: a wide, low fitting reads as substantial and grounded, which suits a formal bed edge, a low wall or a driveway entrance where you want presence without height.
In a narrow space. At 1.38m the lanterns are at chest height and the head overhangs 305mm each side, so beside a path under about 1.2m wide it is genuinely in the way. The one-light Paris at 1.26m is only 175mm wide and is the right answer there.
Two things. The lamp is visible, so choose a frosted or opal LED globe rather than a clear one — a visible filament at chest height is uncomfortable to walk past. And the light lands close to the fitting, which is right for marking a bed edge or a path line and wrong for lighting an approach.
1380mm. The title says 1.46m — an 80mm difference, which is the largest gap in the Paris range and, because this is a short post, proportionally the biggest of all. Set out from 1380mm. Against a low wall or a fence rail, 80mm at this height is visible.
The easiest in the whole Paris range — at 1.38m they are reachable standing, with no ladder and no step. If the post is somewhere awkward to get a ladder to, or the property is one where maintenance access matters, that is a real advantage over the taller versions.
No — 2 x B22 bayonet globes are required and not included. No maximum wattage is published, which matters in an enclosed acrylic lantern where heat has nowhere to go, so prefer LED.
IP43 — spray to 60 degrees from vertical. Ordinary rain is fine; a pop-up sprinkler is a jet from below and is not covered, and neither is hosing. At this height it sits well within the throw of most garden sprinklers, so check the irrigation layout before the base is poured.
