The Domus MOTION DC ceiling fan with light is a 52-inch DC fan — 1,320 mm blade span, 26 W motor, 14,310 m³/h airflow, 9 speeds, reversible, with an 18 W switchable LED light, in black or white.
⭐ An 18 W LED switchable between 3000 K, 4000 K and 6000 K, dimmable via the remote. ⭐⭐ DIMMING IS BY REMOTE, NOT BY A WALL DIMMER — do not put this on a dimmer circuit. ⭐ A fan's light module and a phase dimmer are a poor combination and the usual result is flicker or a dead receiver. ⭐ 18 W is enough to be a bedroom's main light and not enough for a kitchen, so treat it as convenience lighting rather than the room's scheme. ⭐ Set the colour once at commissioning and leave it — ⚠ 6000 K in a bedroom is uncomfortable.
⭐ The sheet lists a Bluetooth wall control and extension rods as sold separately. ⭐⭐ THE EXTENSION ROD IS THE ONE THAT CATCHES PEOPLE: on a raked ceiling or anything above about 2.7 m the fan needs one to reach a sensible blade height — ⭐ and it is discovered on installation day. ⭐ Measure the ceiling before ordering. ⭐ The Bluetooth wall control is worth considering in a rental or a holiday house, where a lost remote makes the fan unusable.

52-inch DC ceiling fan with light. 1,320 mm blade span, 12° blade pitch, ABS polymer motor, canopy and blades. 26 W, 14,310 m³/h, 9 speeds, winter/summer reverse, tropically rated. 18 W LED light switchable 3000/4000/6000 K, dimmable by remote. Fan warranty 3 years in-home plus 3 years parts; receiver and remote 1 plus 1. Extension rods and Bluetooth wall control sold separately. ⭐⭐ READ THE BLADE SPAN FROM THE TITLE, NOT THE DIMENSIONS. Of the five fans in this catalogue publishing a length, three record their own span correctly — the GLIDE 80″, the BLAST 48″ and the STRIKE 60″ — and TWO CARRY A SIBLING'S: the STRIKE 48″ publishes the 60″'s 1,520 mm and the BLAST 52″ publishes the 48″'s 1,220 mm. The three correct ones are what make the other two errors rather than a convention. The consequence is concrete — a buyer comparing a STRIKE 48 with a STRIKE 60 sees 1,520 mm on both — and on a ceiling fan the swept diameter is the first specification, because it decides whether the fan fits the room and clears the walls.

52 inches, 1,320mm, from the datasheet. Its record publishes length = 610mm, which is not the span — so read the inch figure from the title rather than the dimensions.
In a specific, checkable way. Of the five fans in this catalogue publishing a length, three record their own span correctly — the GLIDE 80 inch at 2,030mm, the BLAST 48 inch at 1,220mm and the STRIKE 60 inch at 1,520mm — and two carry a sibling's: the STRIKE 48 publishes 1,520mm, which is the 60's span, and the BLAST 52 publishes 1,220mm, which is the 48's. The three correct ones are what make the other two errors rather than a convention.
Because a buyer comparing a STRIKE 48 with a STRIKE 60 sees 1,520mm on both listings. On a ceiling fan the swept diameter is the first specification — it decides whether the fan fits the room and clears the walls.
Roughly 3.6 x 3.6m to 4.2 x 4.2m — a standard bedroom or a small living room. Allow at least 600mm from the blade tip to any wall, and more where a wardrobe door or a tall cupboard opens into the sweep. Blade tips are the part people forget when placing a fan off-centre to miss a light fitting.
26W for 14,310 cubic metres an hour is the headline — an AC fan of the same span typically draws 60 to 75W for comparable airflow, so this uses about a third of the power. DC motors are also quieter and offer more speeds: nine here against the three an AC fan usually gives, and the useful ones are the bottom two, which an AC fan cannot do at all because its lowest speed is still substantial. A fan running quietly on speed one all night is the case for DC.
It depends on its receiver and remote — there is no wall switch fallback. And the warranty tells you which component is expected to fail first: the fan is 3 years in-home plus 3 years parts, where the receiver and remote are 1 plus 1. A Bluetooth wall control is worth considering in a rental or holiday house, where a lost remote makes the fan unusable.
No. Dimming is by remote, and a fan light module on a phase dimmer usually gives flicker or a dead receiver. At 18W the light is enough to be a bedroom's main light and not enough for a kitchen, so treat it as convenience lighting. Set the colour once at commissioning — 6000K in a bedroom is uncomfortable.
