The Domus GT-560 Siena is a twin-head post carrying two 250 mm spheres — 2,350 mm recorded height, IP43, taking two E27 lamps, in aluminium. Five powder-coated colours.
Up to 10 business days for production before it ships. ⚠ Order a pair together if they flank a gateway — a later powder-coat batch is not guaranteed to match.
| Twin post | Spheres | Recorded width |
|---|---|---|
| GT-567 (short) | 250 mm | 680 mm |
| GT-569 (medium) | 250 mm | 680 mm |
| GT-560 (this one) | 250 mm | ⛔ 730 mm |
| GT-568 / GT-570 / GT-561 | 300 mm | 730 mm |
Twin-head sphere post light, two 250 mm spheres. 2,350 mm recorded height. IP43. 220–240 V AC. Two E27 lamps — not included. Aluminium. Beige, Black, Burgundy, Green or White. ⚠ Warranty 1 year. ⛔ Made to order — allow up to 10 business days. ⛔ The title omits that this is a TWIN-head post; the web address carries it. ⛔ It records 730 mm wide where the other twin 250 mm posts record 680 mm — 730 mm is the twin 300 mm width, so either the width or the sphere size is wrong. Ask us before ordering if the spread matters. ⛔ No maximum lamp wattage, footing specification or wind rating.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
Two. The title reads "Siena Spheres Tall Post" — plural, but with no count — while the web address says twin. Only 2 of the 14 Siena posts are titled this way, and both are in this pair. It matters because a twin post is a different purchase: two lamps, two spheres, roughly double the light and a much wider fitting. If you want a single sphere at height, the GT-557 or GT-558 is the single-head version.
That is a fair question and we do not have a settled answer. It records 730mm, where the two other twin 250mm posts — the GT-567 and GT-569 — both record 680mm, and 730mm is exactly what every twin 300mm post records. So either its width or its sphere size is wrong, and we cannot tell which from the records. It is a checkable question with a real answer and we have asked. If the spread across the two heads matters — on a gateway pair with a fixed opening, 50mm either way decides whether it fits — tell us before you order.
It is the tallest Siena fitting at 2,350mm — taller than the triple-head posts at 2,100mm and 780mm above the single-head posts. That is what a twin head needs: two spheres side by side want height to read as a lamp standard rather than a hedge. It also puts both spheres well clear of eye level, so the glare problem that dogs the 1,570mm single posts largely goes away.
Up to 10 business days for production. Domus builds it to order because the body is powder-coated in your chosen colour after ordering. If they are flanking a gateway, order the pair together — a second order starts its own ten days, and on two posts either side of an entrance a powder-coat mismatch would be the first thing anyone noticed.
Two E27 lamps, not included, and no maximum wattage is recorded in any source. We would fit an 8–10W E27 LED in each, warm at 2700–3000K, rated for enclosed and damp use. Two lamps means roughly double the light of a single-head post, so a modest lamp goes further here than the wattage suggests — and at 2,350mm neither sphere is in your sight line, so you have more latitude than on the eye-level posts.
Not recorded on any Siena post — no depth, base plate size, fixing pattern or wind rating. On this one that is the specification most worth having: two spheres on a 2.35m lever is the greatest wind load in the range. Tell us the site and the soil and we will get the detail from Domus before your concreter is there.
It is the one Siena height that matches a figure Domus publishes elsewhere — the Monaco datasheet lists a 2.35m "Plain Post" among four standard heights. We are not claiming the two ranges share a post: only one of the five Siena heights matches that published set, so there is no evidence of a common ladder. It is worth knowing simply because 2.35m is a figure Domus uses deliberately rather than an arbitrary one.
