⛔ On the recorded figures this "Tall" post and the "Medium" one are the same size

• ⛔ Every recorded dimension is identical. The two listings differ in name only.
• ⭐ We checked whether this was a size-ladder problem, and it is not. Measuring all 14 Siena posts — taking the head count from the handle, because two titles omit it — tall is a single value within each head count: 1,570 mm single-head, 2,350 mm twin, 2,100 mm triple. That part is orderly.
• ⛔ What is not orderly is the naming. Eight pairs across the range are named differently and record identically: single-head medium and tall at 1,570 mm, twin-head short and medium at 1,330 mm.
• ⚠ We cannot tell whether a height is wrong or the naming is, and we are not going to guess.
• ⭐ Practically: if you want the taller of the two, there is no evidence on record that this is it. Ask us and we will measure a physical post before you commit to a made-to-order lead time.

⭐ 1,570 mm is the useful height, whatever it is called

• ⚠ At 1,570 mm the sphere sits at about eye level — which changes how the fitting behaves.
• ⭐ It reads as a lamp on a post rather than a garden object. Along a driveway or an entrance path that is the right presence; the 950 mm short post is the one that sits down in the planting.
• ⚠ And glare matters more here than at any other height in the range. A sphere is visible from every angle, and at eye level a bright lamp is directly in your sight line. Use a warm, modest E27 LED — this is the height where that advice stops being cosmetic.
• ⭐ The 300 mm GT-558 is the same post with a larger sphere, which spreads the same lamp over more surface and glares less.

⛔ An E27 holder with no maximum wattage, and no footing data

• One E27 lamp, not included, and no maximum recorded anywhere in the Siena range.
• ✅ 8–10 W E27 LED, warm at 2700–3000 K, rated for enclosed and damp use, in a compact globe shape. ⚠ Ask us above about 15 W.
• ⛔ No footing depth, base plate size, fixing pattern or wind rating on any Siena post. ⚠ At 1,570 mm the leverage on the footing is greater than on the short posts — ⭐ tell us the site and the soil and we will get the detail from Domus before your concreter is there.
