The Domus FELIX is a timber pendant with an E27 lamp holder — 25 W LED maximum, IP20, 240 V, 1,750 mm.
Timber pendant with an E27 lamp holder. 25 W LED maximum — lamp not included. 1,750 mm. IP20, indoor only. 220–240 V AC. ⚠ Warranty 1 year. ⛔ No diameter or width is recorded in any source — on a pendant that is the dimension that decides the room, so ask us before ordering. ⚠ The 1,750 mm is recorded as a height and almost certainly means the maximum drop including the suspension; on a 2.4 m ceiling it will need shortening.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
Not recorded anywhere, and on a pendant that is the dimension that matters most — a shade too wide crowds a table and too narrow looks lost over an island. The drop can almost always be shortened; the diameter cannot be changed. Ask us before ordering and we will measure one. It is the figure that decides whether the fitting suits the space, and it is in no source we hold.
Almost certainly the maximum drop including the suspension — 1.75m of shade would be extraordinary — but that is a reading rather than something any source states. It matters practically: on a standard 2.4m ceiling a 1,750mm drop would leave the fitting about 650mm from the floor, so it is clearly meant to be shortened. Over a dining table you would typically want the bottom of the shade around 750–900mm above the table surface. Ask us to confirm the adjustment range.
An E27 LED at 8–12W in 2700–3000K. The stated maximum is 25W for an LED lamp — read that wording carefully, because a 25W LED is a great deal of light, far more than a pendant over a table usually wants, and a 25W incandescent limit would mean something quite different. Warm matters here: 2700–3000K against timber reads naturally, where 4000K and above makes the grain look grey.
It depends whether the holder is visible. If the lamp shows below the timber shade, a decorative filament LED is worth the money because it is part of what you see. If the shade encloses the holder, buy a plain compact globe — nobody will ever see the filament and the money is better spent on colour temperature and CRI. Tell us the fitting position and we will suggest one.
It matches the imported decorative ranges in this catalogue — the raw ceramic wall lights and the traditional lantern families also carry one year, where most Domus fittings carry three and the EMIT and driver ranges carry five on their datasheets. So it is a range term rather than a comment on this particular fitting. In practice a timber shade with a replaceable lamp has very little in it to fail; what it will not survive is being knocked.
No — IP20 and timber, so indoor dry areas only. Timber and humidity do not mix: a bathroom or a covered outdoor area will lift the finish and eventually move the timber itself. For a bathroom pendant, ask us for something rated for the zone.
It absorbs rather than reflects, so a timber pendant throws less light sideways than a metal or glass one and directs more of it downward. That suits a table or an island, where you want a defined pool — and it does less for the room as a whole, so do not rely on it as the only light in a space. Pair it with something else if the room needs general light as well.

| ⛔ Diameter / width | Not recorded in any source — ⭐ on a pendant this is the dimension that decides the room. Ask us |
| ⚠ Height | 1,750mm recorded — almost certainly the maximum drop including suspension, not the shade. Will need shortening on a 2.4m ceiling |
| Lamp | E27 holder — not included |
| ⭐ Maximum wattage | 25W LED Max — that is the LED ceiling, not an incandescent equivalent. 8–12W is the sensible range |
| Material | Timber — ⭐ absorbs light, so it directs downward rather than spreading |
| Recommended lamp | E27 LED, 8–12W, 2700–3000K. ⚠ Warm matters against timber grain |
| IP rating | IP20 — ⛔ indoor dry areas only; timber and humidity do not mix |

| Over a kitchen island | ✅ Yes | Shorten the drop; timber directs light down |
| A stairwell or void | ⭐ Yes | The long drop is used rather than shortened |
| A bathroom or outdoors | ⛔ No | IP20, and timber does not suit humidity |
