The Domus SENSOR-INT-01-REM is a handheld remote control for the PARK series sensor batten — available as an ON/OFF or a dimmable version.

⭐ What a sensor remote is actually for

• ⭐ An integrated sensor batten has its settings inside the fitting — ⭐ time delay, lux threshold, sensitivity, hold time. ⚠ On a batten mounted three or four metres up in a car park, a store room or a stairwell, changing those means a ladder.
• ⭐⭐ THE REMOTE IS WHAT MAKES THE SETTINGS ACTUALLY ADJUSTABLE. ⭐ Without one, a sensor batten is commissioned once at installation and then effectively fixed, because nobody is putting a ladder up to shorten a time delay.
• ⭐ THAT MATTERS MORE THAN IT SOUNDS, BECAUSE SENSOR SETTINGS ARE ALMOST NEVER RIGHT FIRST TIME. ⭐ The delay that felt sensible on paper is too short for someone working at a bench and too long for a corridor; the lux threshold that worked in winter triggers all day in summer. ⭐ Being able to adjust from the floor is the difference between a system people tune and one they disable.
• ⭐ ONE REMOTE TYPICALLY SERVES MANY FITTINGS, ⭐ so it is bought per site or per maintenance team rather than per batten. ⭐ Ask us how many you need for the number of fittings.

⭐ ON/OFF or dimmable — the one decision, and it must match the batten

• ⭐⭐ THE DIMMABLE VERSION EXISTS FOR A SPECIFIC AND USEFUL BEHAVIOUR: corridor hold. ⭐ Instead of switching fully off when a space empties, the fitting drops to a low standby level — enough to see by, a fraction of the energy — and jumps to full when someone enters.
• ⭐ In a car park, a stairwell or a long corridor that is much better than full darkness — ⭐ it removes the unsettling moment of walking into a dark space and waiting for the lights, and it is far kinder to the LEDs than repeated full switching.
• ⛔ THE REMOTE MUST MATCH THE BATTEN. ⭐ A dimmable remote cannot make a non-dimmable fitting hold a standby level. ⭐ Tell us which PARK batten you have and we will confirm which remote it takes.
