The Domus SENSOR-INT-01-REM is a handheld remote control for the PARK series sensor batten — available as an ON/OFF or a dimmable version.
| Version | ⭐ What it controls | ⭐ Choose when |
|---|---|---|
| ON/OFF remote | Switching behaviour, delay, lux threshold | ⭐ The batten switches fully on and fully off |
| ⭐ Dimmable remote | ⭐ The same, plus standby dim level | ⭐ The batten holds a low level between triggers |
⭐ A datasheet is attached to this product and yields no parsed specifications — ⛔ no range, no battery type, no compatible model list. ⭐ For a remote, the range and the compatibility list are the two things a buyer needs, and neither is published. ⭐ WE HAVE NOT INVENTED THEM. ⭐ What is certain is the product's purpose and the two variants; ⭐ we have asked Domus for the rest, and in the meantime the safest route is to tell us your batten model and let us confirm the pairing.
⭐ Remotes are the classic forgotten line item. ⭐ The battens arrive, get installed, and the settings turn out to need changing three weeks later when nobody can reach them. ⭐ On any install of sensor battens above reach, order the remote at the same time — ⭐ it is inexpensive relative to a service call, and it is what makes the sensor feature usable at all.

Handheld remote control for PARK series sensor battens. ON/OFF or dimmable version. Adjusts time delay, lux threshold and sensitivity from floor level; the dimmable version also sets a standby dim level. ⭐⭐ THE REMOTE IS WHAT MAKES A SENSOR BATTEN'S SETTINGS ACTUALLY ADJUSTABLE. Without one, a batten three or four metres up is commissioned once and then effectively fixed, because nobody puts a ladder up to shorten a time delay — and sensor settings are almost never right first time. ⛔ ITS DATASHEET YIELDS NO SPECIFICATIONS: no range, no battery type, no compatibility list. We have not invented them. Tell us your batten model and we will confirm the pairing.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
Because an integrated sensor batten has its settings inside the fitting — time delay, lux threshold, sensitivity — and on a batten mounted three or four metres up, changing those means a ladder. The remote is what makes the settings actually adjustable. Without one, a sensor batten is commissioned once at installation and then effectively fixed.
Almost always. The delay that felt sensible on paper is too short for someone working at a bench and too long for a corridor; the lux threshold that worked in winter triggers all day in summer. Being able to adjust from the floor is the difference between a system people tune and one they disable.
The ON/OFF remote adjusts switching behaviour, delay and lux threshold. The dimmable remote does the same and adds a standby dim level — so instead of switching fully off when a space empties, the fitting drops to a low level and jumps to full when someone enters.
Corridor hold. In a car park, a stairwell or a long corridor, a low standby level is much better than full darkness — it removes the unsettling moment of walking into a dark space and waiting for the lights, and it is far kinder to the LEDs than repeated full switching. It also uses a fraction of the energy of running at full output.
No. The remote must match the batten — a dimmable remote cannot make a non-dimmable fitting hold a standby level. Tell us which PARK batten you have and we will confirm which remote it takes.
Not published. A datasheet is attached to this product and yields no specifications — no range, no battery type, no compatible model list. For a remote, range and compatibility are the two things a buyer needs, and neither is there. We have not invented them and have asked Domus.
One typically serves many fittings, so it is bought per site or per maintenance team rather than per batten. Order it at the same time as the battens — remotes are the classic forgotten line item, and the settings turn out to need changing three weeks later when nobody can reach them.
