The Domus NOVA-24 Recessed Mounting Profile is a recessed aluminium LED profile — 11 mm deep, with a flat opal PMMA diffuser, in three finishes, 2.5 m.

⛔⛔ Its published width cannot be right — and here is how we know
  • ⭐ This recessed listing publishes 23.5 mm wide. So does the SURFACE listing. ⭐ Identical figures.
  • ⭐ They cannot both be correct, because a recessed profile has a FLANGE and a surface one does not. ⭐ The flange is a lip that sits on the finished surface and covers the edge of your groove — ⭐ so a recessed profile is always wider than its surface twin.

Warranties

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.

Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.

Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.

Damaged or Missing Items

Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.

If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.

Returns

Change of Mind Returns

  • Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
