The Domus DRIVER-24V-SLIM is a 24 V DC constant-voltage LED driver — 30 W, 60 W, 100 W or 150 W, IP20, indoor, non-dimmable, supplied complete with 1 m flex and plug. 5-year replacement warranty.
| Non-dimmable (this one) | 5-in-1 dimmable | |
|---|---|---|
| Wattages | 30 · 60 · 100 · 150 W | 30 · 60 · 100 W |
| Dimming | ⛔ None | ✅ Five protocols |
| Weight | 200 g | 350 g |
voltage = 240V
record is correct — that is the input, and the output is recorded separately.
⭐ Worth noting because 12 Domus FITTINGS carry the same figure wrongly.

CORRECT here, which is unusual in this catalogue. ⛔ bulb_type = Built-in LED
on a driver.24 V DC constant-voltage LED driver, non-dimmable. 30 W, 60 W, 100 W or 150 W. 240 V AC input. PF > 0.96. Voltage tolerance ±0.5 V, regulation ±0.5%. IP20, indoor only. −40 °C to +60 °C. 260 × 30 × 18.5 mm, 200 g. 1 m flex and plug. Parallel wiring. ✅ 5-year replacement warranty. ⭐ The ONLY driver in this family that reaches 150W — the dimmable version stops at 100W, so above that dimming is off the table. ⛔ Efficiency is "up to 79%": a 150W load draws ≈190W and dumps ≈40W as heat in the same body as the 30W model. Ventilate it. ⚠ Retro-fitting dimming later means replacing the driver.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
Decide deliberately, because retro-fitting dimming later means replacing the driver — and on a concealed strip installation that can mean opening up joinery. Where you genuinely do not need dimming (a cupboard, a plant room, a cove that is either on or off) this is the simpler and more robust choice: 150g lighter at identical dimensions, which is the dimming electronics, and correspondingly less to go wrong. Where dimming is even possible later, the 5-in-1 version is worth the difference.
The dimmable range stops at 100W, so above that this is the only single-driver option in the family — and dimming is off the table with it. If you need both more than 100W and dimming, the usual answer is two 100W dimmable drivers on one control signal; with 0–10V or PWM they track together reliably. Tell us the total load and whether dimming is wanted and we will confirm the arrangement.
Total the real wattage of the load and leave headroom — running a driver at its rated maximum shortens its life. Be careful with the LYNX power fields in particular, which record one emitter rather than the fitting: a 2 × 5W LYNX draws 10W, not 5. So six of those is 60W, and you would want the 100W model rather than the 60W to leave margin. Tell us the fitting count and we will size it with you.
Because 79% is low — a modern LED driver is usually 85 to 92% — and on the 150W model it produces the most heat of anything in this family: a 150W load draws about 190W, so 40 watts becomes heat, in the same 260 × 30 × 18.5mm body as the 30W version. That means the least surface area per watt, so ventilation matters most on the largest one. Do not bury it in insulation or seal it into a cavity; heat is what kills drivers early. "Up to" is also the best case — at part load it is usually lower.
Yes, if they are the 12/24V versions and you do not want dimming. Those fittings require a "12V or 24V DC constant voltage LED driver, wired in parallel", and this is that driver in its non-dimming form. Worth saying because no fitting listing names a driver and this listing names no fitting — both halves of the pairing are in the catalogue and neither points at the other.
Yes — that is the input. A driver takes 240V AC in and puts 24V DC out, and this listing records the output separately. It is worth noting because twelve Domus fittings sold as 12V or 24V record the same 240V figure, and there it is wrong. The same value is correct on a driver and dangerous on a low-voltage fitting, which is why each listing is checked individually.
On a long strip run they are what stops visible brightness drift along the length. This driver holds ±0.5V tolerance and ±0.5% regulation, which is tight. Loose regulation shows as the far end of a run being perceptibly dimmer than the near end — a fault that cannot be fixed after installation without re-running cable or adding a second feed. On short runs and on discrete fittings it matters much less.
