1,200 mm emergency weatherproof LED batten. Switchable 15 W / 30 W. Switchable 3000 K / 4000 K / 5000 K. Up to 4,250 lm. CRI ≥80. 120°. IP65. Compliant to AS/NZS 2293. Classification C0: D50, C90: D32. LiFePO4 battery, 6.4 V, 1,500 mAh, 7-hour charge. Non-maintained / maintained rated. Polycarbonate. 50,000 hrs. 240 V. ✅ 5-year warranty. ⛔ THE DATASHEET GIVES TWO DURATIONS — "1.5 Hours Discharging Time" and "120 Min". Ask us before specifying to a duration. ⛔ The luminaire is not dimmable; the "Dimmable Sensor" variant means the SENSOR dims. ✅ SMD LEDs — it REPLACES T8 fittings, it does not take T8 tubes.

The datasheet gives two answers and we are not going to pick one for you. It says "1.5 Hours Discharging Time" — 90 minutes — and separately "120 Min". Both appear on the same sheet. It matters because duration is not a preference: 90 minutes is the common Australian requirement and 120 exceeds it, and a certifier checks the figure rather than the intention. Ask us before specifying to a duration and we will get it from Domus in writing.
C0: D50 and C90: D32. It is the figure a designer counts fittings with — AS/NZS 2293.1 turns those values into a spacing table, which a lumen figure cannot do. That is why so many emergency listings are unusable without it, and why this one is the reference listing for the platform: the DALI emergency versions of the same batten publish none of it.
Maintained means the batten is lit all the time and stays lit when the power fails. Non-maintained means it is dark normally and lights only on failure. This fitting is rated for both, which is genuinely useful: you can use one product for general lighting that doubles as emergency cover and for pure emergency positions, without stocking two. Choose maintained where the batten does the everyday lighting — a carpark or corridor — and non-maintained where it exists only for the escape route. The mode is set at installation and affects the wiring, so tell your electrician before they start.
The low setting is the more efficient — about 160 lumens per watt against 142 — so two battens at 15W give roughly 4,800 lumens against 4,250 from one at 30W: about 13% more light for the same power, over twice the length. On an emergency layout that argument is stronger still, because two fittings give two emergency points and the classification is about spacing rather than total output. The honest trade-off is a second battery to maintain and discharge-test.
No. Domus describes the range as a direct replacement for traditional T8 and T5 fluorescent battens, which means it replaces those fittings rather than taking their tubes — the LEDs are SMD and sealed in. It is worth being explicit because several listings in this range record a lamp type of "T8", and that is wrong: there is no relamping. On an emergency fitting the consumable is the battery.
The five-year term is recorded, but whether it includes the battery is not stated — and on an emergency fitting that is the question that matters, because the housing and LEDs outlast everything while the battery ages and eventually fails a discharge test. This catalogue does it both ways: the EVAC range says "including battery" and the BOLT battens split three years on the fitting and one on the battery. Ask us and we will confirm which applies here.
The luminaire is not — the datasheet is explicit. The "Dimmable Sensor" variant means the sensor dims it: low standby when the space is empty, full output on detection. In a stairwell or carpark that beats switching off entirely, because you never walk into darkness. What it will not do is respond to a wall dimmer or a control channel; the HYDRO-120 DALI version is what does that, though it publishes far less about its emergency function.
