The Domus GT-674 Vienna is a single-head post light — 1,310 mm tall, 164 mm wide, IP23, taking one B22 lamp, in aluminium. Five powder-coated colours.
Up to 10 business days for production before it ships. ⚠ Order a run together — a later powder-coat batch is not guaranteed to match.
| Vienna post | Single head | Twin head | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Short (this one) | 1,310 mm | 1,460 mm | ✅ +150 mm |
| Medium | 1,930 mm | 2,080 mm | ✅ +150 mm |
Single-head exterior post light. 1,310 mm high, 164 mm wide. IP23. 220–240 V AC. One B22 lamp — not included. Aluminium. Beige, Black, Burgundy, Green or White. ⚠ Warranty 1 year. ⛔ Made to order — allow up to 10 business days. ✅ The Vienna heights describe the WHOLE fitting (a twin adds a consistent 150 mm), where the Monaco range records the post — so the two are not directly comparable. ⛔ It takes B22 bayonet, not E27. ⛔ IP23: the same water resistance as IP43 but sealed only against objects over 12.5 mm. ⛔ No maximum lamp wattage, footing specification or wind rating.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
Yes. We can tell because the twin-head version of the same post records 1,460mm — exactly 150mm more — and the same 150mm step appears between the single and twin medium posts (1,930 and 2,080mm). A consistent step like that means the recorded figure is the whole fitting: post plus lantern. Worth knowing because the Monaco range next to it works the other way — its heights are constant across head counts, so that figure is the post and you add the lantern. Neither listing tells you which convention it uses.
164mm wide — the slimmest post footprint in these traditional Domus ranges, where the Monaco single-head post records 650mm. That makes it the one that fits a narrow border, a path edge or the strip between a fence and a driveway, where the wider ranges simply will not. It is worth choosing on that basis alone if space is the constraint.
B22 bayonet, not E27 — as 22 of the 25 Vienna listings are. The Monaco and Siena ranges are E27, so you cannot move globes between them, and if you are mixing ranges on one property you will be buying two kinds. We would fit an 8–10W B22 LED, warm at 2700–3000K, rated for enclosed and damp use. B22 LEDs are less widely stocked in warm, compact shapes, so ask us to supply lamps with the fitting.
For rain, yes. IP23 and IP43 carry the same second digit, 3, meaning protection against spraying water — so this is not less waterproof than the Monaco or Siena ranges. The difference is the first digit, solid ingress: IP43 excludes anything over 1mm, IP23 only anything over 12.5mm, so insects and fine debris can enter. On a low post that sits down in the planting it is worth expecting to clean it occasionally.
At chest height with the lantern facing down onto the walking surface, yes — it lights a path rather than just marking it. What it will not do is cover a driveway; for that the 1,930mm medium post throws considerably further from one fitting. If you are lighting a walkway, several of these at regular centres works better than fewer taller ones, and the slim 164mm footprint makes that practical on a narrow border.
Not recorded — no depth, base plate size, fixing pattern or wind rating, which is the same gap across all these traditional Domus ranges. At 164mm wide the sail area is the smallest of these posts, so the loading is gentle, but it still goes into concrete and it is easier to get right the first time. Tell us the site and the soil and we will get the detail from Domus.
Up to 10 business days for production. Domus builds it to order because the body is powder coated in the colour you choose after ordering, which is why five colours are offered rather than one stocked finish. If you are installing a run along a path, order them all together — a second order starts its own ten days, and on a row of posts a powder-coat mismatch between batches would be visible.
