The Domus GT-672 Vienna is a straight-arm downward wall light — 510 mm high, 300 mm wide, 260 mm projection, IP23, taking one B22 lamp, in aluminium. Five powder-coated colours.
Domus builds this to order and asks for up to 10 business days for production before it ships. ⚠ Order a matched pair together if they flank a door.

Straight-arm downward wall light. 510 mm high, 300 mm wide, 260 mm projection. IP23. 220–240 V AC. One B22 lamp — not included. Aluminium. Beige, Black, Burgundy, Green or White. ⚠ Warranty 1 year. ⛔ Made to order — allow up to 10 business days. ⛔ IT TAKES A B22 BAYONET LAMP, and its upward twin the GT-671 records E27 — buying the pair means buying two different globes. ⛔ IP23: the same water resistance as IP43, but sealed only against objects over 12.5 mm — ✅ which matters much less facing down than facing up. ⛔ No maximum lamp wattage or fixing detail recorded.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
B22 bayonet — and this is the most important thing on the page, because its upward twin the GT-671 records E27. The same 510mm bracket facing the other way takes a different globe, and B22 and E27 do not interchange: a bayonet pushes and twists, an Edison screw threads, and neither fits the other holder. So the obvious purchase — one up and one down at the same entrance — needs two different globes, and neither listing mentions it. Tell us what you are ordering and we will confirm both with Domus before you buy lamps.
We cannot tell, and we are not going to guess. On the balance of the range this fitting is the normal one: 22 of the 25 Vienna listings record B22, and only two record E27. So either the GT-671 is genuinely a different fitting, or its record is wrong. Both are plausible and neither is provable from what we hold. What we can do is check with Domus before you order — which is worth doing when the answer decides which globes you buy.
For rain, yes, and the number is easy to misread. IP23 and IP43 carry the same second digit, 3, meaning protection against spraying water — so this is not less waterproof than the Monaco or Siena ranges. The difference is the first digit, solid ingress: IP43 excludes anything over 1mm, IP23 only anything over 12.5mm, so insects, seed and fine debris can get in. Facing downward that matters much less than it does on the upward version.
It depends what you need lit — and this one has two practical advantages. Facing down, the lantern puts light on the doorstep, the path or the stair beneath it, which is what an entrance usually needs; the upward version lifts a facade and looks handsome but leaves the step dark. And facing down it sheds debris rather than collecting it, which matters under trees given the IP23 rating. Many entrances use both, upward along the elevation and downward over the door — just remember the two take different globes.
Less widely stocked than E27, particularly in warm colour temperatures and compact shapes — which is worth planning for rather than discovering after a ten-day lead time. We would fit an 8–10W B22 LED, warm at 2700–3000K, rated for enclosed and damp use. Ask us and we will supply the lamps with the fitting rather than leave you hunting for them.
260mm, which is modest — it will sit comfortably beside a door or in a passage without catching anyone. Worth noting that its upward twin records no depth at all, so this listing is the better documented of the pair on that point. No fixing detail or fastener specification is recorded on either; ask us and we will get the drilling detail.
Up to 10 business days for production. Domus builds it to order because the body is powder coated in the colour you choose after ordering, which is why five colours are offered rather than one stocked finish. If they are flanking a door, order the pair together — a second order starts its own ten days, and on a symmetrical pair a powder-coat mismatch would be the first thing anyone noticed.
