This listing's title says “G4 Replaceable”. Its datasheet says “Bi-Pin G5.3”.

• ⛔ Those are different bases. G4 has 4 mm pin spacing and G5.3 has 5.3 mm. They do not interchange, and on a fitting whose selling point is a replaceable lamp the base is the specification.
• ⭐ The datasheet settles it, and not just by asserting it. The DUSK sheet's own item table lists SKU 65124 — which is the KEY-G5.3-TRIO lamp, a product stocked in this catalogue. The manufacturer's own parts list names a G5.3 lamp.
• ✅ So the lamp is G5.3, and the correct replacement is the KEY-G5.3-TRIO — a 4 W 12 V DC tri-colour lamp with CRI ≥90, matching this fitting exactly.
• ⚠ Do not buy a G4 lamp for this. All three DUSK-PATH listings carry the same title error. Ask us and we will supply the matched spare.

⭐ Why a replaceable lamp matters more here than on most LED products

• ⭐ Almost all modern LED garden lights are sealed units — when the LED fails, the fitting is scrap. This one is not.
• ✅ Solid brass outlives its LED comfortably. Brass in a garden bed develops a patina and keeps going for decades; a 50,000-hour lamp does not.
• ⭐ So the replaceable lamp is what makes the brass worth paying for. Buy the fitting once and re-lamp it, rather than replacing a sealed unit and disturbing the cable and the spike each time.

⭐ The head-size ladder, and what the Ø200 mm buys

• ⭐ The hood is what controls the light. A bigger hood spreads the 90° beam over a wider circle of ground and shields more of the source from the eye — so a large head is both a wider pool and a lower-glare one.
• ⚠ At Ø200 mm it is a visible object by day, which on a narrow border can dominate. On a wide bed or a driveway edge that presence is the point.

⛔ It needs a driver, and that is not included

• A 12 V DC constant-voltage LED driver is required and is not supplied — the title says so and the datasheet repeats it.
• ⭐ Wire in parallel, as the sheet specifies, never in series.
• ⚠ Size the driver to the total load with about 20% headroom. At 4 W each, ten fittings is 40 W — so a 60 W driver, not a 30 W one.
• ⚠ Volt drop is the usual reason a garden run disappoints. At 12 V a long line on undersized cable dims the far end noticeably. Tell us the run length and the number of fittings and we will size the driver and the cable together.
