xThe Domus CHAM-TOUCH-1C is a glass touch wall control for dimming single-colour LED strip, working over RF and Bluetooth at 2.4 GHz, with scene memory. 120 × 75 × 29.1 mm.
⛔ The wall cutout is 70 × 44 × 20 mm, and it is on the datasheet and in no product field.
On a wall plate that is the fit-critical dimension — the plate itself is 120 × 75 mm and sits over the aperture, but the 20 mm depth is what has to exist behind the wall. In a plasterboard wall with a standard mounting block that is usually fine; in a masonry wall or a tiled splashback it needs planning.

- The transmission frequency is 2.4 GHz, given plainly on its datasheet.
- ✅ That is unusual in this catalogue. Another Domus connected product — the fan Wi-Fi module — records no frequency anywhere at all, and on devices of that class the band is the commonest cause of a unit that appears not to work.
- ⚠ 2.4 GHz is a crowded band — Wi-Fi, microwaves and Bluetooth all share it. In a dense apartment building, keep the receiver away from the router if you can.
- ✅ RF at 2.4 GHz does not need line of sight, which is what lets the receiver hide in a ceiling void or behind joinery.
Why a wall plate rather than a remote
- ✅ It is where people look for a light control. A handset in a drawer means an installation stuck on whatever level it was left at; a plate on the wall gets used.
- ✅ Guests and family can use it without an app or a paired device.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.
