Product Description
xThe Domus BUBBLE is a spherical glass pendant — 200 mm, 250 mm or 300 mm, in clear or opal glass, with seven metalware finishes, taking one E27 globe to 25 W.
⚠ The globe is not included — and on a glass pendant it is not a hidden component. Behind clear glass the globe is the fitting: whatever you choose is what people see. Behind opal it is hidden. That is the first decision, not the last.
Clear or opal — two completely different fittings
- Clear glass — the globe is fully visible, so the fitting becomes a frame around a decorative lamp. ✅ With a good filament globe it is beautiful and deliberate. ⚠ With an ordinary frosted LED it looks unfinished, and at eye level over a breakfast bar a bare bright globe is uncomfortable.
- Opal glass — the sphere glows evenly and the globe disappears. Softer, glare-free, and forgiving of whatever lamp you put in it. ✅ This is the safer choice over a table or a bar where people sit close.
Three sizes, and how to choose

⚠ Those overall heights include a 1,500 mm suspension, which is shortened at installation — they are the maximum, not the hanging height.
- Over a table or island: 750–900 mm above the surface.
- In a walkway: 2.1 m clear to the bottom of the glass.
- ✅ In a row, hang them level and space them evenly — usually 600–900 mm apart over a bar. Uneven spheres are more noticeable than uneven anything else.
Seven metalware finishes — and this is where the range earns its price
White, black, chrome, satin chrome, satin brass, antique brass and rose gold. That is an unusually wide palette for one product, and it means the pendant can be matched to tapware and door hardware rather than merely coexisting with it.
- Black — the safe modern default.
- Chrome and satin chrome — for standard and brushed tapware respectively.
- Satin brass and antique brass — the warm metals; satin is contemporary, antique is aged.
- Rose gold — the boldest, and it dates faster; choose it deliberately.
- White — disappears against a white ceiling, leaving only the glass.
Choosing the globe
- E27, 25 W maximum, not supplied. With LED you will use 5–9 W.
- Behind clear glass: a decorative filament globe, warm 2700 K. Round or ST64 shapes suit a sphere better than a bare A60.
- Behind opal: anything warm and reasonably bright — the glass does the work.
- Dimming is globe dependent: the fitting has none of its own, so you need a dimmable globe and a compatible dimmer. ⚠ Ask us to match them.

⚠ Order the whole job at once. With three sizes, two glasses and seven finishes, matching a later addition to an existing run is not something to leave to chance.

Questions
Clear or opal glass?
They are two different fittings. Behind clear glass the globe is fully visible, so the pendant becomes a frame around a decorative lamp — beautiful with a good filament globe, unfinished-looking with an ordinary frosted LED, and uncomfortable at eye level over a breakfast bar. Opal glows evenly and hides the globe: softer, glare-free and forgiving of whatever lamp you fit. Opal is the safer choice where people sit close.
Which size should I choose?
200 mm in a row over a bar, in a hallway or beside a bed. 250 mm is the versatile middle — single over a small table or in pairs. 300 mm as a single feature over a dining table or island.
How high should I hang it?
750 to 900 mm above a table or island, or with 2.1 metres clear to the bottom of the glass in a walkway. The quoted overall heights of 1,718 to 1,818 mm include a 1,500 mm suspension that is shortened at installation — they are the maximum, not the hanging height.
Does it come with a globe?

Can I dim it?

Warranties, Return & Refund Policy
xWarranties
For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
