The Domus CELL-9-5CCT-DT90 is a 9 W tiltable LED downlight with five switchable colour temperatures, a 60° beam and an Ø100 mm fascia. Cutout Ø90–92 mm.
⭐ This is the tiltable CELL that fits a standard Ø90 mm hole. The similarly-named T90 does not — it takes Ø80–85 mm.
| Tiltable model | Cutout | Fascia | Depth |
|---|---|---|---|
| DT90 (this) | ✅ Ø90–92 mm | Ø100 mm | 96 mm |
| T90 | ⛔ Ø80–85 mm | Ø110 mm | ~73 mm |
| T75 | Ø72–75 mm | Ø90 mm | 71 mm |
If you are retrofitting existing downlights and want to be able to aim them, this is the one. ✅ And it shares its cutout, fascia and depth with the fixed D90, so a mixed run — fixed for the general light, tilt where something needs aiming — cuts to one hole size and the trims match.
⚠ The trade-off is depth: at 96 mm it is deeper than the T-series, so check the void.
9 W COB LED tiltable downlight, CELL system. Cutout Ø90–92 mm. Ø100 mm fascia, 96 mm deep. Beam 60°. Five switchable colour temperatures — 2700 / 3000 / 4000 / 5000 / 5700 K, by dip switch. CRI ≥80, dimmable, 50,000 hrs, 200–240 V. Black or white. ⚠ IP44 from the underside once installed. ✅ Shares its cutout, fascia and depth with the fixed D90 — a mixed run cuts to one hole. ⚠ Not to be confused with the T90, which takes Ø80–85 mm. ⚠ Lumen output is not recorded. Warranty 3 years.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
Very likely — Ø90–92 mm, the common Australian aperture, so it drops into most existing ceilings. That makes it unusual: a tiltable fitting that is also a straight retrofit. Check the depth as well, because at 96 mm it is deeper than the T-series.
The cutout, and it is the most useful thing on this page. The DT90 takes Ø90–92 mm — the standard hole. The T90, despite its name, takes Ø80–85 mm and will not fit a 90 mm hole. If you are retrofitting and want tilt, the DT90 is the one. No source states this distinction, which is why we are spelling it out.
Yes, and that is usually the right approach — fixed fittings for the general light, tiltable where something needs aiming. The DT90 shares its cutout, fascia and depth with the fixed D90, so a mixed run cuts to one hole size and the trims match exactly.
Where you want to aim light at a wall, a stone or timber feature, or artwork — from a recessed fitting rather than a visible track head — and where you want to set that aim after the room is furnished rather than from a drawing. For a plain run, fixed is better: it seals more reliably and stays aligned, where a row of tilt heads not quite matching is very visible.
For a single object, yes. Tilting a 60° beam moves a large soft pool rather than placing a defined one, which suits wall washing well. For a tight accent, ask us about the bare CELL module in 15° or 24° with a separate frame — and because the module is replaceable, you can change it after the aim is set and you can see what the beam needs to be.
Not in the listings we hold — the 13 W range's tiltable options are the T75 and T90, both at different apertures. If you need 13 W with a tilt at Ø90 mm, ask us and we will check with Domus rather than have you order something that does not fit.
A 2700 K setting at the warm end, which almost nothing else in this catalogue offers. On a wall wash it matters more than usual: 3000 K on warm timber or brick, 4000 K on grey stone or concrete, and 2700 K where you want the wall to read genuinely warm. Set every fitting on the run the same way.
