The Domus CELL-9-5CCT-D90 is a 9 W fixed LED downlight with five switchable colour temperatures and an Ø100 mm fascia. Cutout Ø90–92 mm.

⭐ Five colour temperatures, including 2700 K

• 2700 K — ⭐ extra warm, and rare in this catalogue. Bedrooms and hospitality, where 3000 K still reads a little clinical.
• 3000 K — living areas and hallways, the domestic default.
• 4000 K — kitchens, bathrooms, offices.
• 5000 K / 5700 K — task and inspection.
• ⚠ Set by dip switch before installation, and set every fitting on a circuit the same way — changing one afterwards means dropping it back out of the ceiling.
• ✅ On a retrofit that fifth setting earns its keep: you can match the colour of the old downlights in the rooms you are not changing yet.

Fixed or tiltable at the same aperture

• The DT90 is the tiltable version with the same Ø90–92 mm cutout, Ø100 mm fascia and 96 mm depth.
• ✅ That means a mixed run cuts to one hole size — fixed for the general light, tilt where something needs aiming, and the trims match.
• ✅ Fixed is correct for general ceiling lighting. It seals better and stays aligned in a run; tilt heads drift out of true over time and it shows.
• ⚠ Beam 60° on the assembled fitting. The bare module is also sold in 15°, 24° and 36° — ask us if you need a narrower beam with a separate frame.

9 W or 13 W?

• ✅ 9 W suits standard ceilings — hallways, bedrooms, general residential lighting — and it is the more common choice.
• ✅ 13 W suits higher ceilings and commercial spaces, or where fewer fittings are wanted.
• ✅ The 13 W D90 shares this fitting's Ø100 mm fascia and 96 mm depth, so the two are interchangeable in the ceiling — you can step the wattage up or down without recutting.
• Tell us the ceiling height and the room and we will size it.

The replaceable module

• ✅ CELL is a module-and-frame system and the 9 W lamp module clicks out.
• ✅ When it fails, or when the colour or beam needs to change, the frame and the ceiling stay untouched — on a commercial fit-out, a maintenance visit rather than a rebuild.
• ✅ As a retrofit the whole thing replaces an MR16 halogen lamp and its transformer together.

• 9 W COB LED, CRI ≥80, dimmable, 50,000 hours, 200–240 V 50–60 Hz.
• 96 mm deep — ⚠ check the void; it is deeper than the T-series.
• ⚠ IP44 “from the underside of the downlight once installed into the ceiling” — protection from the room side, not a sealed fitting in the void.
