Fedor Round Aluminium Black Tri Colour

The Fedor Round is a 525 mm surface-mounted bollard in poly powder-coated black aluminium, with a sealed 12 W tri-colour built-in LED behind a clear Perspex diffuser. Havit describes it as a 1 directional fitting: one aperture, a 60° spread, and no wash all the way round. There is no lamp holder and nothing to unscrew, so no globe to buy and no maximum globe wattage to work to.

Two supplies on one listing, and they are not wired the same way

The part number you choose is the supply you get. HV1630T-BLK-240V-RND is a 240 V AC mains fitting and Protection Class 1, so it is wired with an earth and Havit's instructions connect the earth first. HV1630T-BLK-24V-RND is 24 V DC and Protection Class 3, which Havit records as no earth required, and it has to run from a suitable 24 V DC LED driver. On the low-voltage version the supply reaching the fitting must stay within ±5% of the voltage required or the warranty is void. Either version is an electrician's job to AS/NZS 3000, and where several share a circuit they are wired in parallel.

Shape sets the brightness here, not height

The square Fedor is the brighter body at the same 12 W, and the 925 mm round is identical in output to this 525 mm one. Height is a reach decision, not a light-output one.

Output, and which setting is actually brightest

Havit pairs the figures as 610 lm at 3000K, 620 lm at 4000K and 615 lm at 5500K. 4000K is the brightest of the three — the numbers do not climb as the light gets cooler, so the list is not a ladder. Colour rendering is CRI >80, with SDCM <5 and UGR <12, and lamp expectancy is >30,000hrs. The fitting is not dimmable.

The colour switch is inside the top

It leaves the factory set to 3000K. To change it you loosen the allen screws on the side of the fitting, lift the top off, and move the switch on the underside of the top, then refit the top with the seals seated so water cannot get in.

IP65 and IK08, and one restriction on where it can stand

The body is IP65 and IK08, a genuinely useful impact class on the IK01–IK10 scale for something standing at shin height beside a mower. Havit states that aluminium and 304SS fittings must not be installed within 5 km of any salt water environments. This bollard is aluminium, so that applies to it directly and it is a warranty condition rather than a suggestion.

Mounting and sealing carry the warranty

The base plate fixes to concrete or a concrete pad and the fitting must not be installed under ground level. Every hole including the cable entry must be siliconed, and silicone applied around the fitting at ground level. All o-rings and seals must be in place, and if your cable is not circular you must fix the cable entry to keep the IP rating. The screws supplied are mild steel and must be swapped for a higher grade anywhere water can reach them. Havit lists HV162X-CI anchor bolts as the accessory for these bollards.
