Ziron 10Cm Exterior Wall Light Small

The Ziron EX10 is a 110 mm exterior wall light in black or white sand — 3 W giving 360 lm, with switchable 3000 K / 4000 K / 5000 K, IP65, in polycarbonate.

Small, and remarkably bright for it

110 mm long, 40 mm high, projecting 67 mm on an 86 mm backplate, at 200 grams. That is a very small fitting putting out 360 lumens — enough to light a doorway, a step, a gate or a section of path properly, from something the size of a phone. Most fittings this size in the catalogue manage a fraction of it.

The low, wide proportion throws light across a wall rather than down it, which on render, brick or cladding gives a band rather than a cone.

IP65 and polycarbonate — genuinely coastal

IP65 is dust-tight and rated against water jets from any direction, so it goes on a fully exposed wall taking driving rain and hosing — where most exterior wall lights here sit at IP44 or IP54 and cannot.

Polycarbonate does not corrode. Near the coast, salt attacking metal is what kills exterior fittings — aluminium pits, fixings seize — and a polycarbonate body removes that failure entirely. The coastal claim on this fitting is one the construction actually supports.

Three colour temperatures, running cooler than most

3000 K warm for an entry or courtyard, 4000 K neutral for paths and facades, 5000 K cool for a driveway, side passage or frontage where you want it to read as security lighting. Most switchable fittings in this catalogue stop at 4000 K; the Ziron does not.

The smaller of two, and both scale honestly

The Ziron also comes at 180 mm, 5 W and 590 lm. The larger is 64% longer for 64% more light — almost exactly linear, which is worth stating because several size ranges in this catalogue do not scale that way at all. So choose on the wall and the proportion, knowing you get what you pay for either way.
