Product Description
xThe Croset is an adjustable floor lamp in a single gold-and-black colourway, with a head that rotates both vertically and horizontally.
We are not publishing a height for this lamp. Our two sources disagree by a metre and we would rather say so than print a figure you might plan a room around. Ask us before ordering and we will confirm it with the supplier.
Two axes of movement, not one
Most "adjustable" floor lamps tilt on one hinge. The Croset's head turns up and down and side to side, which means you can aim it at a chair, then swing it to a wall, without moving the lamp itself. That is the feature worth paying for here.
One finish only
The listing name offers black or gold. What is stocked is the single gold-and-black combination — a gold head and detailing against a black stem, rather than two separate finish options.
E27 to 40 W, globe not supplied
A replaceable E27 globe up to 40 W means you choose the colour temperature and can change it later. For a lamp you aim at a reading chair, a warm 3000 K globe is usually right; for a work corner, go 4000 K.

Supplied and supported by Lights For You. There is a matching Croset table lamp in the same finish if you want the pair. We will confirm the height with the supplier on request rather than guess it.

Is it available in black as well as gold?
No. Despite the listing name, one finish is stocked: the combined gold-and-black.
How does the head adjust?
On two axes — up and down, and side to side. Most floor lamps tilt on one hinge only.
Is a globe included?
No. One E27 globe up to 40 W, supplied separately.
Which globe should I choose?
3000 K warm for a reading chair, 4000 K for a work corner. Because the globe is replaceable, you can change your mind.
Is there a matching table lamp?
Yes — the Croset table lamp, in the same gold-and-black finish. An earlier version of this page called it a matching floor lamp, which was the error.
What is the warranty?
One year — shorter than most of the Telbix catalogue.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
