This is the Maxi Tivah in textured black over aluminium: the same large fixed-down body as the marine-grade version, at a little over half the price, for the great majority of sites that are nowhere near salt water. It points straight down from a matching backing plate, with no tilt or swivel to set or to be knocked out of alignment later.
A standard Tivah with a 5 W globe gives 300 lm. This one has a built-in 12 W LED producing 1,080 lm at 3000K, 1,140 lm at 4000K and 1,200 lm at 5500K — roughly four times the light from a body only a little larger. That is the difference between marking a wall and actually lighting the ground in front of it, which matters on a driveway, a wide entry, or a two-storey elevation where a small fitting simply disappears.
There is no globe to buy, match or replace. The colour temperature is set on a switch during installation, so one part number covers warm, neutral and cool, and the 60° beam drops a defined pool rather than a broad wash.
The body is powder-coated aluminium, and Havit excludes installation within 5 km of any salt water. That is not a formality — it is where a coated alloy fails first, and it voids the warranty. If your site is inside that line, the 316 stainless Maxi Tivah is the same fitting in a grade that is rated for it. Everywhere else, black powder coat is the sensible default: it recedes against dark brick and charcoal render, and reads as deliberate punctuation against pale walls.
Warranty is 3 years replacement. Lights For You stocks the 316 stainless and the black in the same body, so if you are unsure whether your address counts as coastal, ask us before you order rather than after.
About four times. A 5 W globe Tivah gives around 300 lm; this gives 1,080–1,200 lm from a built-in 12 W LED.
No. Havit excludes powder-coated aluminium fittings from sites within 5 km of salt water, and installing one there voids the warranty. The 316 stainless Maxi Tivah is the coastal version of this fitting.
No. The LED is built in at 12 W. Nothing to buy alongside it, and nothing to change later.
No, it is fixed down by design. The Maxi Tivah single adjustable is the same body with 90° tilt and 270° swivel.
No. 3000K, 4000K and 5500K are all in the fitting and are selected on a switch at installation.
It is a textured poly powder coat, which holds up far better outdoors than a gloss finish. Wash it down occasionally and keep it out of salt air as Havit specifies.
No. IP65 covers dust and low-pressure water jets from any direction.
