Features:

Installation:

• LED Strip light must be installed on aluminium heat sink or aluminium channel. 
• LED Strip must be used with correct 12v DC or 24v DC power supply with adequate allowance of load. 
• LED Strip must not exceed the maximum run length specified in product details. 
• Do not bend, twist or strongly pull LED strip during installation. 
• LED Strip must not be installed in wet areas, and locations where water can be accumulated.

Warranty:

• 3 Year Residential Warranty: If used less than 8 hours per day.
• 1 Year Residential Warranty: If used for more than 8 hours per day. 
• 1 Year Commercial Warranty.

Please note:

• All LED Strips are tested and carefully packed before dispatch.
• If products are defective during warranty period, they will be replaced under warranty terms. 
• Vencha is not responsible for any additional expenses such as transport, access equipment and installation fees. 

Returns:

• LED Strip supplied in custom lengths cannot be returned. 
• LED Strip supplied in 30m Reels can be accepted but may incur restocking fees.
