  What Is COB LED Technology?

  COB (Chip-on-Board) refers to densely packed LED chips mounted directly on a substrate, which produce an even light output without the dotted effect seen in regular LED strips. Thanks to this technology, COB strips provide a smooth beam that’s visually more appealing and reduces eye strain. Consequently, they’re perfect for applications where the strip is not diffused by a cover.

  Customizable and Easy to Install

  The COB LED Strip Light is both flexible and cuttable, typically every 50mm. This allows for precise fitting, even in tight or uniquely shaped spaces. In addition, the strip comes with strong 3M adhesive backing, enabling secure installation on a variety of surfaces.

  You can also pair it with aluminum channels and diffusers for a cleaner finish and additional protection. Furthermore, the strip operates on 24V DC, allowing for longer runs without voltage drop—ideal for both residential and commercial use.

Features:

Installation:

• LED Strip light must be installed on aluminium heat sink or aluminium channel. 
• LED Strip must be used with correct 12v DC or 24v DC power supply with adequate allowance of load. 
• LED Strip must not exceed the maximum run length specified in product details. 
• Do not bend, twist or strongly pull LED strip during installation. 
• LED Strip must not be installed in wet areas, and locations where water can be accumulated.

Warranty:

• 3 Year Residential Warranty: If used less than 8 hours per day.
• 1 Year Residential Warranty: If used for more than 8 hours per day. 
• 1 Year Commercial Warranty.

Please note:

• All LED Strips are tested and carefully packed before dispatch.
• If products are defective during warranty period, they will be replaced under warranty terms. 
• Vencha is not responsible for any additional expenses such as transport, access equipment and installation fees. 

Returns:

• LED Strip supplied in custom lengths cannot be returned. 
• LED Strip supplied in 50m Reels can be accepted but may incur restocking fees.
