Product Description
xThe Volen PE5 is a five-light pendant in matt black with gold accents and black smoke glass — integrated LED, 1,450 lm at 3000 K, dimmable.
There is a choice of centre tube, and we cannot tell which ships. The Volen is made with either a perforated tube, which scatters light for a softer diffused effect, or a closed opal cover, which keeps the output focused downward. Only one variant is listed. Tell us which you want and we will confirm before it ships.
The centre tube is the design decision
Worth understanding because it changes the fitting completely. Perforated throws small points of light out sideways, so the pendant glows and decorates the space around it. Closed opal sends everything down, so the pendant is quieter to look at and brighter on the table. Same product, two quite different jobs.
Black smoke glass keeps the sources visible
Smoke is tinted but transparent — so unlike an opal shade, you see into it. That is what makes the Volen read as an object rather than a lamp, and it is why the gold accents matter: they catch light through the tinted glass.
1,450 lumens across five lights
8 W per light. The single Volen gives 325 lm; the five gives 1,450 lm together — a real working output for a dining table, not a decorative glow. ⚠ The total wattage is not recorded in any source, so if you are sizing a circuit precisely, ask us.
It dims
The single Volen’s datasheet specifies TRIAC (leading-edge) dimming, and the same platform runs through the range. Check compatibility with us if your dimmer is trailing-edge or smart.
The LED is integrated
Included, so there is nothing to buy and nothing to match across five points — which on a fitting with visible smoke glass genuinely matters. Backed by a three-year replacement warranty.
One, four and five-light versions
Volen runs in three configurations. Singles down a hallway with the five over the table read as one scheme.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
