The Varlin PE12 is a twelve-light pendant — 600 mm wide, 380 mm deep, in matte and mirror black, taking G9 globes.
This is the practical difference from its sibling. The eighteen-light Varlin is 900 × 650 mm and needs a stairwell or a double-height entry. The twelve is 600 × 380 mm — a third narrower and nearly half the depth. It works over a normal dining table under a normal ceiling, which the eighteen does not.
The count is the fitting. Twelve small G9 sources across the frame give many small bright points rather than one mass — the Art Deco effect, where the piece reads as a constellation. One large source behind the same frame would just look like a lamp.
The finish is both — matte black on some surfaces, mirror on others. The mirror sections catch and multiply the twelve globes, so the fitting appears to hold more light than it emits. That contrast is what makes it Deco rather than merely modern.
Twelve globes at 6 W each. A modern LED capsule gives around 350 lm, so the fitting delivers roughly 4,200 lm — a proper working output. Buy all twelve in one order: on a fitting whose entire subject is twelve visible points, one globe of a different white is the only thing anyone will look at. G9 is a capsule base, not a screw fitting.
Shorter than the 2,000 mm most of this range carries, on a 120 × 25 mm canopy. Ample over a standard ceiling; tell us if you have a raked or double-height space.
600 mm wide, 380 mm high, canopy 120 × 25 mm, suspension 1,500 mm, in iron and glass, matte and mirror black. Twelve G9 globes at 6 W each — 72 W total, not supplied. 240 V, Class I — earth required, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Warranty is three years, as a replacement warranty.

No. It is Class I, hard-wired and requires an earth.
