Product Description
xThe Truso is a 1,500 mm linear timber pendant in black and walnut — 30 W for 2,700 lm, with selectable colour temperature and TRIAC dimming.
Real timber on a linear LED pendant
Linear LED pendants are almost always aluminium or steel. The Truso wraps one in walnut — so you get the output and control of a modern LED fitting with a natural material over a dining table. That combination is unusual and it is the reason to choose this over a plain metal bar.
Three colour temperatures and dimming, together
3000 K, 4000 K or 5000 K selectable, plus TRIAC dimming. Very few fittings offer both. Over a table that means warm and low for dinner, cool and bright for homework, on the same pendant. Check dimmer compatibility with us if yours is trailing-edge or a smart dimmer.
2,700 lumens over 1.5 metres
Enough to be the only fitting over a dining table or an island, and dimmable down when it is not needed at full output.
Sized for a long table
1,500 mm suits a table of roughly 1.8–2.2 m. Centre it on the table, not the room.
Adjustable drop
The textile suspension is cut to height at installation, up to 2,400 mm — more than enough for a standard ceiling and workable in a void.

Questions
Does it dim and change colour?
Both — TRIAC dimming plus selectable 3000 K, 4000 K or 5000 K. Very few fittings offer the two together.
Will it work with my dimmer?
It is TRIAC (leading-edge). If yours is trailing-edge or a smart dimmer, check with us before ordering.
What table size does it suit?
Roughly 1.8 to 2.2 m. Centre it on the table rather than the room.
Is it bright enough to be the only light?
Yes — 2,700 lm over 1.5 m, and it dims down when you do not need it all.
Is the timber real?
Yes — walnut, which is unusual on a linear LED pendant where aluminium and steel dominate.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.

- Restocking fee: 20% will apply unless otherwise stated, or unless another order of equal or greater value is placed in lieu of this re-stocking fee.
