Product Description
xThe Taft PE75 is a 750 mm rope-form pendant in gun metal matte — integrated LED, 20 W for 687 lm at 3000 K — and it installs two ways.
This is a decorative fitting, not a working light. 687 lm from 20 W is about 34 lumens per watt — roughly a third of what the efficient pendants in this range deliver. Buy the Taft for the object; plan other light in the room.
Two installation orientations — and we cannot tell you what they are
Telbix specify that the 75 cm Taft can be installed two ways, and the 120 cm bar cannot. It is presumably horizontal or vertical, or suspended flat versus hung from one end — but no source says, and the difference would change the fitting completely. Ask us and we will get the detail from Telbix before you commit to a position.
The rope form is the whole product
Rather than an extruded bar with a diffuser, the Taft is built to look like a braided rope or cord — iron with silicon and fabric elements. It reads as a textile object that happens to glow, which is a completely different presence from a technical light fitting.
Shorter and lighter than the bar
750 × 190 mm at 1.6 kg, against the 120 cm version’s 1,200 mm and 2 kg. That makes the 75 the one for a smaller table, an island, or a stairwell where the long bar would be overbearing — and it is deeper front-to-back, so it reads as more of a sculptural mass and less of a line.
Gun metal matte
Darker and cooler than bronze, warmer than black — a neutral that recedes against most walls while the form does the talking. Matte throughout, so nothing glares off it.
It does not dim
One level only, at 3000 K. At 687 lm it is already gentle, but there is no way to soften it further.
There is a wall light and a 120 cm bar
Taft is made as a wall light, a 120 cm horizontal bar and this 75 cm pendant. The same rope form runs through all three, so a matched set reads as one scheme.
Where it works
- Smaller dining tables and islands.
- Stairwells and lounges.
- Alongside proper task or ambient light.
- ⚠ Not as a room’s only light source.

Is it bright enough to light a table?
No — 687 lm from 20 W is about a third of what the efficient pendants here deliver. Buy it for the object and plan other light in the room.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
