Product Description
xThe Ostrom ring pendant is a slim LED circle in coffee gold, made in three sizes — ø500 mm, ø650 mm and ø820 mm — TRIAC dimmable.
Three sizes, three outputs
ø500 mm at 30 W gives 1,220 lm; ø650 mm at 39 W gives 1,490 lm; ø820 mm at 42 W gives 1,890 lm. Note that the light rises far less steeply than the diameter — the biggest ring is 64% wider than the smallest but only 55% brighter. Choose the size for the room's proportions, not for the lumens.
A 30 mm profile
The ring is a thin band, not a chunky torus. From below it reads as a clean circle of light; from the side it nearly vanishes. That is what lets even the ø820 mm version hang over a table without feeling heavy.
Not the same as the 3 Tier
Telbix makes an Ostrom 3 Tier that is also ø820 mm — but it is three concentric rings at 92 W and 4,180 lm, more than double this one's output. If you are comparing, check the tier count as well as the diameter.
TRIAC dimming and low voltage
It dims on a TRIAC (leading-edge) dimmer — check compatibility with us if yours is trailing-edge or smart. And it is Class III — under 54 volts above the driver, the safest electrical classification a mains-fed fitting carries.

Which size should I choose?
Match it to the table or the room proportions. The light output rises far less than the diameter — the ø820 mm is 64% wider than the ø500 mm but only 55% brighter.
How is this different from the Ostrom 3 Tier?
The 3 Tier is three concentric rings at 92 W and 4,180 lm. This is a single ring — the ø820 mm version here is 42 W and 1,890 lm.
Will it work with my dimmer?
It is TRIAC (leading-edge). If yours is trailing-edge or smart, check with us before ordering.
Do I need globes?
No. The LED is integrated and included, at 3000 K.
What does Class III mean?
Everything above the driver runs at extra-low voltage, under 54 V — the safest classification for a mains-fed fitting.
How far does it hang?
Suspension is 2,000 mm, cut to height at installation.
What is the warranty?
Three years, as a replacement warranty.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
