AOSTA 13CM PENDANT

The Aosta PE13 is a ø140 mm single pendant in matte black with a frosted glass shade — the small one in the range, taking one E27 globe.

The small Aosta, and it is meant to be used in numbers

At ø140 mm this is the one you hang in threes and fives. Paired with the ø200 mm Aosta at staggered heights, a mixed cluster reads as a composition rather than a row — which is the whole idea of the range, and something the old page gestured at without explaining.

Taller than it is wide — the opposite of its sibling

Worth noticing when you are planning a cluster: this one is 140 mm across and 200 mm high, while the larger Aosta is 200 mm across and 180 mm high. So the two have genuinely different silhouettes — one upright, one squat — and mixing them gives variety in shape as well as scale.

Frosted glass, so it is comfortable at head height

The glass diffuses the globe completely — no visible filament and no glare. On a small pendant hung low over a bench or a bedside, where you look straight at it, that matters more than it does on a large fitting.

Light — 0.72 kg

Which makes a run of five straightforward: ordinary ceiling fixings throughout, no special provision.

A 2,000 mm suspension

Cut to height at installation, on a ø100 mm canopy projecting 25 mm. Tell your electrician the heights you want before the day — staggering is the effect, and it cannot be changed afterwards.

One E27 globe to 25 W, not supplied

Behind frosted glass a plain warm globe is all you need. Buy a cluster from one batch — across several frosted shades a colour mismatch is the first thing anyone sees. Dimming is globe dependent.
