240 V or 12 V — the choice on this listing

HV3592T-BLK and HV3592T-WHT are 240 V AC: they wire straight to mains, need no driver, and require an earth as Class I fittings. HV3592T-BLK-12V and HV3592T-WHT-12V are 12 V DC: each needs a 12 V DC LED driver sized for the total load, and must never be connected directly to 240 V. The mains versions are the simpler retrofit on an existing wall point; the 12 V versions belong on a garden circuit already fed by a central driver. Triac dimming is available on the 240 V variants.
