Product Description
xThe Tyler is a 550 mm LED task lamp with an integrated 6 W light source at 3000 K, in black, nickel or white.
Built for a desk, not a bedside table
This is a task lamp: a slim metal form with a 120° beam aimed at a work surface. It is not trying to be decorative, and it will not light a room. If you want a lamp that glows, look at the Larson or the Misaru instead.
The LED is included and fixed at 3000 K
Nothing to buy, nothing to match — and the warm 3000 K is a deliberate choice for a lamp you sit close to. CRI >80 keeps paper white rather than yellow. The trade is that the source is not replaceable and not dimmable.
A toggle switch on the base
Not an inline cord switch. On a desk, reaching to the base is easier than hunting for a switch somewhere along a 1.8 m cable.
Three finishes
Black, nickel and white. Nickel is the one worth noting — a soft satin metal that suits a desk with brass or chrome hardware, where black would read as office equipment. (Our listing name currently says "white nickel or white"; the three finishes above are what is stocked.)

Questions
What is the warranty?
Our sources disagree three ways — three years, two years and one year all appear. We publish two years and will confirm the real term with the supplier if you ask.
How bright is it?
Between 420 and 500 lm depending on which of our sources you read — enough for task light on a desk, not enough to light a room.
Is the globe included?
Yes — a 6 W LED is integrated and supplied. It is not replaceable.
Is it dimmable?
No.
What finishes are there?
Black, nickel or white. The listing name currently reads "white nickel or white", which we are correcting.
Where is the switch?
A toggle on the base, easier to reach on a desk than an inline cord switch.
Does it need an electrician?
No. It is double insulated and plugs into a normal socket.

xWarranties
For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
