Product Description
xThe Sandro is a close-to-ceiling fitting — five G9 lights behind clear crystal glass on a 350 mm chrome frame, sitting only 245 mm below the ceiling. It gives a decorative five-light effect in a room that cannot take a pendant.
Close to ceiling is the whole argument
In a room with a standard 2.4 m ceiling, a five-light pendant is either in the way or hung so high it looks lost. The Sandro mounts tight to the ceiling, so you get the decorative mass without the drop. That makes it one of the few genuinely decorative options for a bedroom, hallway or apartment living room.
The light sources are included
Five G9 globes are supplied, drawing 28 W in total. Nothing to buy on arrival. Behind clear crystal the sources are visible, which is what makes the fitting sparkle — and also why replacing one later means matching it properly.

Specifying it
350 mm wide, 245 mm high, in metal and crystal, chrome with clear glass. Five G9 holders, globes supplied, 28 W total. It runs on 240 V, is IP20 and indoor only, and is Class I — an earth is required. Dimming is globe dependent.

xWarranties
For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.

- Restocking fee: 20% will apply unless otherwise stated, or unless another order of equal or greater value is placed in lieu of this re-stocking fee.
