Product Description
xThe Quilo is a 504 mm table lamp in black iron with smoked glass, weighing 1.65 kg.
Smoked glass shows the globe
Unlike opal or frosted glass, smoke is translucent rather than diffusing — you see the globe through it, tinted grey. That makes the globe part of the design: fit a clear decorative filament globe and it becomes the focal point; fit a plain frosted one and the lamp loses most of its character.
Light, and easy to move
At 1.65 kg the Quilo is much lighter than the marble-based lamps in this range. That is a genuine advantage if the lamp moves between a desk and a bedside, or if it sits on a shelf where weight is a consideration — but it does mean it is easier to knock over.
Iron and glass, nothing else
A pared-back combination with no fabric, no stone and no metal finish beyond black. It suits a room that already has enough going on.
Not dimmable
Our sources disagree and we publish the conservative reading. If dimming matters, ask us before ordering.
E27 to 25 W, not supplied
On a 1,800 mm cable. Because the glass is smoked, spend the extra on a decorative globe — here you will actually see it.

Questions
What does smoked glass do?
It is translucent rather than diffusing, so you see the globe through it, tinted grey. The globe becomes part of the design.
Which globe should I fit?
A clear decorative filament globe — with smoked glass you will actually see it. A frosted globe wastes the effect.
How heavy is it?
1.65 kg — much lighter than the marble-based lamps in this range, so easier to move but also easier to knock over.
Is it dimmable?
We publish it as not dimmable — our sources disagree and we would rather understate it. Ask us and we will confirm.
Is a globe included?
No. One E27 globe up to 25 W, supplied separately.
Does it need an electrician?
No. It is double insulated and plugs into a normal socket on a 1.8 m cable.
What is the warranty?
Three years.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.

- Restocking fee: 20% will apply unless otherwise stated, or unless another order of equal or greater value is placed in lieu of this re-stocking fee.
