Product Description
xThe Ohh is a 600 mm table lamp — a diagonal arm carrying a mouth-blown opal matt glass globe — in antique gold or black.
The diagonal arm is the whole design
Not a curve and not a right angle: a single diagonal line from base to globe. It gives the lamp movement and puts the light out to one side, so the globe sits over a book or a surface rather than directly above the base.
An opal globe lights the room, not just the table
Mouth-blown opal matt glass glows in every direction. That is the Scandinavian approach and it makes the Ohh genuinely dual-purpose — soft ambient light for the room, and enough directly beneath to read by. A metal-shaded lamp does only the second.
There is a matching floor lamp
The Ohh is also made as a floor lamp in the same two finishes. A table and floor pair reads as a scheme, and it is the same relationship the Inez has in its family.
Mouth-blown, so each is its own
Slight variation in the glass is inherent to blowing it by hand — wall thickness and form differ a little from piece to piece.
E27 to 25 W, not supplied
Behind opal matt glass a plain warm globe is exactly right — a decorative filament would be completely hidden, so there is nothing to gain from paying for one.

Questions
Is it a reading lamp or an ambient one?
Both. The opal glass glows in every direction for ambient light, and the diagonal arm puts the globe over a book for reading.
Is there a matching floor lamp?
Yes — the Ohh is also made as a floor lamp in the same two finishes.
Which globe should I fit?
A plain warm E27. A decorative filament would be completely hidden behind the opal matt glass.
Is a globe included?
No. One E27 globe up to 25 W, supplied separately.
Will the glass match a second one exactly?
Very closely. It is mouth-blown, so wall thickness and form vary slightly.
Does it need an electrician?
No. It is double insulated and plugs into a normal socket on a 2.4 m cable.
What is the warranty?
Three years.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
