Misaru Table Lamp

The Misaru is a 380 mm table lamp with a glazed gloss ceramic base and a fabric shade, in five colours — black, white, blue, pink and gold-on-black.

Gloss glaze, not matt

A gloss ceramic base reflects the room around it — window light by day, lamp light at night. That gives it depth a matt finish does not have, and it is why the coloured versions read as rich rather than flat.

Five colours, and two of them are unusual

Black and white are the neutrals. Blue and pink are the decorative choices for a bedroom or a dressing table, and gold on black is the dressier one — metallic against dark glaze, for a room where the lamp is meant to be noticed.

A compact, tapered shape

380 mm tall, 215 mm wide, with a shade tapering from 215 mm at the top to 150 mm at the base. That is genuinely small — it fits a narrow bedside or a crowded shelf where a full-size lamp would crowd, and the taper directs a little more light downward.

E27 to 25 W, not supplied

An ordinary replaceable globe. Dimming depends on the globe and the dimmer — there is no switchgear in the lamp beyond its own switch.

380 mm tall, 215 mm wide, shade tapering 215 mm to 150 mm, in glazed gloss ceramic with a fabric shade and a black PVC cable. One E27 globe to 25 W, not supplied; dimming is globe dependent. 240 V, Class II — double insulated, no earth required, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Warranty is three years, as a replacement warranty.
